Our Boho-chic retreat is nestled in the heart of the Pocono Mountains located inside Indian Mountain Lakes, a stunning and calm amenity-filled gated community! Connect with nature with 5 lakes, 2 beaches, fishing lake, scenic views, 2 pools , playgrounds, tennis & basketball courts.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom chalet, sleeps comfortably 10 guests, with open living spaces, game room, 2 fireplaces & firepit.

Our Pocono Dream Chalet is a 2100 Sqft /2 floor 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom modern retreat perfect for large groups or a romantic getaway. Access to community amenities as well as a game room, fire pit and 2 fireplaces.

As you approach our chalet you will find wildlife, be prepared to say hello to Deers!

Please note: All of our beds have MEMORY FOAM mattresses for comfy sleeping

-Bedroom 2: Queen size bed+Luggage rack+Closet
-Bedroom 3: 2 Full over full bunk beds (4 full beds) with USB ports+Closet+Portable fan.

-Game Room: Ping Pong table, Foosball table, 55-inch HDTV with Roku (bring your own login and enjoy any app) , LED sign with green wall (Perfect spot for photos) , Mini Bar, Board Games, Fireplace, Sofa.

-Living/Dining: Fireplace, 55-inch HDTV with Roku (bring your own login and enjoy any app) ,Super comfortable L shaped couch, chic side chair, ottoman, Marble dining table, Dedicated work space.

-Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker (coffee & tea provided), speaker, blender, toaster, electric glass tea kettle, baby bottle warmer, bbq grill utensils set.

-Laundry room: Washer, dryer, iron, iron table, utility sink.

-Bathrooms: Fully stocked bathrooms with 3 ply toilet paper & premium quality hand soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner.

-Outside: Deck overlooking the scenic views and wildlife, fully private HOT TUB, fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs, 1 ACRE fully private to disconnect and enjoy nature, driveway for up to 4 vehicles.


***For the security of our home and guests we have 2 outdoor security cameras pointing at the driveway and entrance***

Guests will have access to the entire Chalet, 1 acre of nature & community amenities.

IMPORTANT HOA INFORMATION:

-Guests are required to register with the community, we're located inside a GATED community and we will need to submit all the names of all guests and day visitors no later than 3 days prior to check in, if names are not received by then we won't be able to get you access to the community so please keep that in consideration.

For smooth entry into our community, please make sure that the driver of the vehicle has a valid driver's license and the car's registration. Without these documents, entry into the community will not be permitted!

INDIAN MOUNTAIN LAKE AMENITIES FEE:

The amenities in our community are seasonal, if you're booking a stay from Labor Day until Memorial Day wristbands are required in order to use our community amenities.
If you're planning on using the amenities there is a fee of $10 per person. If you're not planning on using the amenities there is no need to pay for this fee. This fee will be collected after booking on a separate charge.

**Please note that wristbands are not transferable and not refundable, weather might impact the use of amenities but since this fee is paid directly to the community we won't be able to provide any refunds in case that amenities are not used.

**Please note, these are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Indian Mountain Lake.

Note:
-Firewood is not provided, please bring your own :)
-Propane for the grill is not provided, there is a tank available for refill and a place to refill around 5mins away from the house.
