Profitez de la sérénité des forêts nationales environnantes et des superbes vues sur les montagnes à travers les fenêtres à deux étages.

La cabine se trouve à distance de marche des magasins, des bars, du bowling, du théâtre, du centre de loisirs, du centre communautaire et des restaurants du centre-ville de Winter Park.

Cette maison lumineuse et spacieuse de 2 100 pieds carrés sur trois étages comprend trois chambres à coucher, trois salles de bain et demi et peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes.

Laissez vos skis et votre snowboard dans le garage et réchauffez vos pieds sur les planchers radiants. L'entrée du rez-de-chaussée s'ouvre sur une salle familiale équipée d'une télévision de 55 pouces. Les services de visionnage incluent Netflix, Hulu et Amazon prime. Également en bas se trouve une salle de bain et une buanderie de trois quarts avec une laveuse et une sécheuse à grande capacité à chargement frontal.

Le large escalier menant à l’étage principal ouvre sur une salle à manger, un salon (avec foyer au gaz), une cuisine, deux salles de bain et une grande suite parentale.

La cuisine haut de gamme entièrement équipée comprend un bar, des comptoirs en granit, un sol en ardoise et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il s'agit d'une cuisine de chef garnie de casseroles et poêles haut de gamme, de couteaux, d'un aiguiseur, d'un batteur sur socle, d'un mixeur / hachoir à main, d'un gaufrier, d'un robot culinaire et d'une cocotte, etc.

La suite parentale a un lit king en teck avec un matelas en latex, un grand dressing et une douche avec deux pommes de douche.

Entre la chambre principale et l'escalier est une demi-salle de bain spacieuse.

En haut du large escalier en bois jusqu'au troisième étage, il y a deux chambres à coucher, une salle de bain complète et un bureau. A cet étage, une chambre à coucher a deux ensembles de lits superposés, une commode et grand placard. La deuxième chambre a un lit en teck et une grande penderie. L'espace de travail sur le toit offre une vue spectaculaire sur la montagne et est ouvert au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a une baignoire à jets dans la salle de bain du niveau supérieur.

La cabine est à seulement quatre miles de Winter Park et les domaines skiables de Mary Jane. Pendant la saison de ski, ski-bus gratuit de Winter Park arrête deux fois par heure juste en face de la maison.

Ski Granby est à 27 km de la cabine. Ski de fond et neige sont à portée de main. Les activités estivales comprennent la randonnée, le VTT, le vélo de route et le golf. Pole Creek est un parcours de golf d'une beauté exceptionnelle.

Fantastic cabin with great amenities

My girlfriends and I just spent a long weekend at the cabin and it was perfect! It is very clean, has everything you need minus food, and it really is the perfect walking distance to everything! We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay outside of Denver.

Great property!

Beautiful cabin in the heart of Winter Park. Spent a week in July with 6 people. Plenty of room and everything you need. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and trails. Short drive to RMNP, boat rentals, white water rafting, zipline, horseback riding. Tracy was great to work with. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Wonderful home at a great price.

We had 10 adults staying here and the property was very spacious even though the square footage was not large. It was close to restaurants, shopping, tubing hill, etc. but it still felt private. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. We expected to have to buy or bring several items that were included: hair dryers, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, kitchen paper products and more. The nice soaps and lotions in the bathrooms along with towels rolled in baskets gave the property a homey feel. The owner was very easy to work with and always answered my questions in a timely manner. My entire family was very pleased with the house and I would definitely rent this home again.

Spacious, with all the amenities.

The cabin accommodated our entire family, we felt very comfortable with plenty of space. The heated floors, on the lower level was a welcome comfort & perfect to keep our winter clothing warm & dry. Having the laundry room & 3 full bathrooms is an asset & very convenient to say the least. A full kitchen with all the appliances & utensils necessary for full family meals worked out great. There were sleds & other equipment available for the kids to use which was nice since we flew into Denver & wasn't able to bring our own. There are a lot of places to stay in Winter Park & the address for this beautiful cabin was not easy for our transport driver to find until we showed him a picture, then it was a no brainer. The cabin stands out & has beautiful views from inside. It is in a very convenient location & only steps away from a great coffee shop called Moon Frog Cafe.

Everything about our stay here was excellent! Fabulous hosts were extremely accommodating. Location and views were as beautiful as pictured. Kitchen is fully stocked - has everything you would need. Shuttle bus to mountain stops right at the driveway - very easy and convenient. Beautiful, warm, comfortable, well appointed home. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic Experience

This home is perfectly located close to town and only a few minutes to skiing. We especially enjoyed the brilliant sunrise views over the mountains! It is a comfortable, clean, spacious, and well-appointed home. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and to enjoy meals together! We had no issues to report, but had great communication from the host upon arrival and check-out. We would definitely return if we ever had the opportunity!

Perfect last minute getaway

When our trip to the mountains in Canada was not able to happen we decided to try and find somewhere else in the mountains. We were lucky to find this great cabin. Plenty of room for 5 people, all 18+. Dogs allowed and ours had a great time hiking around. Only drawback was the train behind but we did get used to it. We would definitely recommend.

Great for families, close to center of Winter Park

This home was excellent for our family's trip to Winter Park. We don't take our young children skiing yet, so this location was great as it was central to many activities other than just the ski resort. It's walking distance from the center of town, a playground, sledding hill, market, bowling alley/movie theater, restaurants, and more (weather and ground conditions permitting, of course). Ample bathrooms make this house comfortable on all 3 floors.

Great location, Great place!

Fantastic house! Kitchen was amazingly well equipped, even for an avid cook. Location pretty central to everything, can walk to local restaurants, and just a short skip over to WP ski area. So close to lots and lots of hiking. House perfect for family with lovely sitting room/kitchen/dining on main floor and awesome TV room downstairs. Even has a fantastic office area over the main room. As I was working for some of the stay this couldn't be better. Even an ergonomic stand up desk! Great management, very responsive and professional.

Great ski cabin

This was the perfect property for our trip. We had two family of 4s and the was plenty of room for all of us. We had enough room for everyone to eat together and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the great views and the kids loved watching movies at night on the big TV in the basement room. It was a short walk to catch the shuttle or to restaurants in town. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding!!

Absolutely outstanding!!! We stayed the week of August 9 for 6 nights. Lovely home, very clean, well stocked, within walking distance to restaurants. We slept with our windows open most nights. The owner is really good at answering all your questions. Definitely staying here again in the future.

Great Stay!

Nice cabin just a few minutes away from downtown Winter Park. There was more than enough space for my family of three and we had all the amenities we needed. Just a 5 minute drive to various activities including a great off-road tour and only ~45 minutes to a class III/IV rafting adventure. We really enjoyed our stay and the town never felt too crowded or busy even on the 4th of July. Of course, this may be different when there is snow on the mountain and the ski resort is open.

Thank you for your review Robert. I am glad things were not too crowded for you. Even in the Winter, the town never feels too crowded to me. The town being separated from the resort by three miles helps.I am glad you got to go white water rafting. It is one of the best ways to enjoy this part of Colorado.

Cabin was clean and roomy. Packed full with amenities in all rooms and had a great kitchen for cooking! The owner was very helpful and informative. My family and I will definitely stay again.

Winter Park Wonderland

Beautiful cabin - plenty of room. Well stocked and very clean. Beautiful views from every window of snow and mountains. Friends stayed someplace else and their view was of other condos. The owner was very quick to respond to my emails before and after my stay. Just a short drive to Winter Park resort, with no traffic! Also on the bus route, but we drove. Easy walk to main street. Nice to have games, we played Clue and did most of a puzzle (not all of the sky) I would highly recommend.

A favorite destination

Winter Park is a wonderful destination year round and this is our favorite place to stay regardless of the season. It is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and evens in Winter Park, and provides easy access to the ski area, cross country ski sites and Rocky Mountain National Park. The cabin itself is beautifully appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is ample room for friends and family and the layout allows for everyone to find their space or gather together. Great value across the board.

Great cabin in great location

We stay here every summer, it's a great location with an easy walk to town shops, events at the park, restaurants and the bowling alley. Many awesome hiking and biking trails in the area, and a short drive to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. The cabin is very spacious and fully furnished. We invite friends and relatives along whenever we visit, and they enjoy it as much as we do. It is always clean and well-maintained, with full amenities so you can do laundry over a longer stay. It also has wi-fi with speaker system connection to enjoy music, and a Roku for watching shows on a large HDTV, when you're not enjoying the fantastic scenery outside.

Perfect getaway summer or winter

Our family has rented this cabin several times both in winter and summer/fall. We keep coming back because it works really well for us and would recommend it in a heartbeat. We love the views of the mountains straight off the living room and porch. In winter, we liked not having to worry about driving because the bus pulls up right outside the cabin and takes you to the ski resort. The place is immaculate and really roomy with a bunch of space for everyone to spread out. The owners were easy to deal with. There is cross country skiing a few minutes drive. The place is walking distance to restaurants and bars and shopping. A block off the main street. Winter Park is really nice because it's not all built up like some of the other Colorado resorts. It feels like a regular mountain town. In the summer we have loved going to the annual Blues festival Blues From The Top. There are tons of hikes right nearby. We'll be back again.

Overall Great Place

I've stayed here more than once and will do so again. It's a great location. You can walk to town for easy access to bars, restaurants, shops and everything else Winter Park has to offer. It's a high quality place - great ambiance, high quality appliances, and everything you need. There are some trails nearby for hiking and the ski bus stops right outside. I've stayed here during the winter and summer. I'll be back.

Great Cabin - great location

We had a great trip to CO and this cabin was great to stay in. When you first walk upstairs to the main living area you smell the wood – gives it that great log cabin feel. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, cups, and even a strainer for our noodles. The kids loved the double bunk beds in the one room upstairs. They even loved the jetted tub. There is a train that runs behind the cabin but it never woke anyone up in the middle of the night. The views are spectacular and its’ location to things is great. Hernando’s pizza is within walking distance and I would recommend eating there. Shopping and a playground are also within walking distance. With Netflix and Hulu the kids had plenty to watch when we were there. They could even play angry birds on the TV. The private laundry with provided soap was a huge bonus. I washed a few loads of laundry. There is shampoo/conditioner and soap in each of the showers and hairdryers for use. This makes it so much easier when traveling by airplane. They really think of everything to include making your stay that much more like home. Tracy was very responsive to all my questions. We can’t wait to go back (hopefully in the winter). We will definitely be staying in this cabin again. Thanks Tracy for allowing us to stay in your cabin. We had a great stay!

After vacationing in Winter Park during a college Spring break, I dreamed of owning a home in Winter Park. In 2010, I was able to make my dream come true with the purchase of this wonderful and relaxing vacation home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought this duplex cabin because of its proximity to three alpine and some of the country's best cross country ski areas. The Grand County recreation center, downtown Winter Park, a tubing hill and national forests are within a short drive. The cabin is adjacent to Arapahoe Forest and 34 miles to Rocky Mountain National Forest.

The cabin has slate and hardwood flooring throughout. There is no carpeting.
