Boasting 2,370 sq ft of designer-inspired, contemporary interiors, a fully-fenced landscaped yard, tech tools to enhance your stay, and close proximity to Seattle’s iconic attractions, it's the perfect retreat for a quick getaway or extended stay in Seattle!

The home is laid out spaciously over two levels, with two unique living areas to spread out and gather together with friends and family. The main level features two bedrooms (both with Queen size beds), a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a large L-shaped sofa for lounging, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace for cool nights (Duraflame log included!).

The lower level of the home features a third bedroom with king size bed, a second bathroom, another living area complete with a sofa and comfy armchair, a separate office area for work, and direct access to the kid-friendly backyard. There's also a high efficiency washer/dryer, plus modern updates including smart locks and a digital guidebook to guide you through the home and neighborhood.

Please note that the house does not have central air-conditioning, but we do have two portable A/C units available. We also feature local Seattle coffee company, Anchorhead, at this house and provide an elevated coffee experience using a Chemex pour-over coffee brewer.

This home is located right in the heart of West Seattle, a historic and alluring Seattle neighborhood on the Puget Sound famous for its laid-back lifestyle and scenic views of the Puget Sound, the Cascade Range in the east, the Olympic Mountains in the west, and the iconic Seattle skyline.

This thriving and trendy neighborhood boasts some of the best options for eating out in Seattle with diverse dining ranging from coffee roasters, bakeries, and casual waterfront eateries to chilled tap houses and acclaimed fine-dining restaurants on the waterfront.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Seattle to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
