LOCATION..... Up on the hills "The Cove" is an eclectic, super safe and upscale small community between Palm Springs and Palm Desert with multiple hiking trails within walking distance. It is 15/20 minutes scenic drive from both Palm Springs and Palm Desert, 5 minutes drive from Ritz Carlton and fine dining in Rancho Mirage. Multiple golf courses, Trader Joe's and Vons supermarket are close by as well.
The house is 2945 sq/ft, sitting on a 0.26 acres lot with a large heated saltwater pool. It has been completely remodeled in 2019 with an extensive use of finest wallpaper and furnishings.
The are four king and one queen beds, one in each room, two additional small folding beds and a crib. One of the bedrooms is located at the far end of the house for those seeking isolation and peace. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. a Large outdoor dining table for ten and smaller table by the pool for kids. Two outdoor sitting areas. Foldable outdoor ping pong table not shown in the pictures. The house is very private with only one immediate neighbor at the far end hidden behind tall wall and lush trees.
Minimum rental is 30 days. Discount available for stays of 60 days or more.

All utilities are included, Tenant pays for gas and 600 cleaning fee.
