Welcome to Swept Away @ Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. This gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome sleeps 6 max. We count heartbeats no more than 6 people will be allowed to occupy the unit. The master offers a king bed and private bathroom. Bedroom two offers a king bed with private bathroom attached. Living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. An open floor plan features beautiful lvp floors downstairs, stairway leading upstairs, and all through the upstairs as well. Main level offers a fully stocked kitchen making meal prep a breeze, half bath off the living room, dining area, and extra sitting area at the island.
Large open living room that leads out to the deck overlooking the canal. Upstairs features the two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and washer and dryer.
Gulf Highlands offers plenty of activities, just out your front door with tennis courts, swimming pools and a shuffleboard court and mini golf. Take a short walk, across the street, to reach the sunny sands of Panama City Beach. If you want to take a break from cooking, Panama City Beach has numerous casual eateries as well as fine dining options.
When you get the urge to explore, Pier Park is just 3-4 miles away with over a million square feet of open-air shopping, restaurants and attractions. Miracle Mile Amusement area is right next to Pier Park.
If golf is your game, enjoy both the Hombre Golf Club and Holiday Golf Course, both being within a couple minutes of the town home.
A vacationer's paradise, this resort walks thru to Rock It Lanes which offers a bowling alley, roller skating rink and arcade or enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which is a few short blocks away.
Frank Brown Park is nearby and offers over 200 acres of outdoor recreation with 9 softball and baseball fields.
Historic St. Andrews Bay is a short drive away that features the charm of 'old Florida' enjoy shopping and lunch overlooking the marina and bay. Take a drive to the west on scenic 30A to enjoy the quaint village of Seaside that features shopping and dining.
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
No more than 2 vehicles are allowed. The resort has 2 designated parking spaces for each unit right in front of the condo. No exceptions to this rule. Please make arrangements for 2 vehicles. There will be 2 proximity cards left inside the unit when guests arrive. These cards are how all guests will be able to enter Gulf Highlands security gate. Property Patrol will be at the gate 24 hours to let guests inside the resort until they can get to their cards that are left inside the condo. Upon checkout guests are responsible for leaving the 2 proximity cards inside the unit. If either are missing or damaged additional charges will be applied & guests are responsible for covering the charge to replace them. The cards are $25.00 each. So, $50.00 for 2. Same goes for guests that lose either cards or damage either cards during their stay. There will be a $25.00 charge for each card before we are able to drop new ones off. It's the guests responsibility to leave the cards on their checkout date & to keep up with the cards during their stay.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.
Ring Camera Notice: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do not tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.
No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.
This unit is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the home, you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $500.00 violation fee.
No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.
Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.
No unregistered guests are allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests. We count heartbeats and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. No more than 6 heartbeats allowed in this unit.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of amenities to get guests through their first night. We do not provide amenities for the guest's entire stay.
The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.
There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. That rate is for stays less than 30days.
If a guest books a 30-60 day stay the rate does increase for those type of bookings. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.

- Not following pet waste regulations. All waste must be picked up from your dog. $50.00 fine (Applies if the unit is dog friendly)
- No parking pass. All vehicles must have parking pass displayed in the vehicle. $50.00 fine.
- Reckless Driving of Golf Carts. (This includes renting through the resort) $100.00 fine.
- Underage Golf Cart Driving. (This includes renting through the resort) $50.00 fine.
- Feeding Wildlife ( Example: Turtles, fish, & birds ) $50.00 fine.
- Violating Noise Ordinance $50.00 fine.
- Offensive or Unlawful Activities $100.00 fine.
