Family and Pet Friendly

We went to Panama City for my son's baseball World Series, but we needed something that would be pet friendly to bring along our dog too. We enjoyed the stay- the beach chairs, wagon and toys were such a nice addition!

Perfect place for vacation with family

The location is perfect, only a few steps from the pool, also the access to the beach is very convenient. Beds are in perfect conditions, the host was always available to answer questions and to communicate any updates or concerns about the neighborhood.

Perfect Location

The beach was the reason for our trip. Only a few blocks from the beach as well as restaurants and other attractions. Nice neighborhood with a pool out the back door. Great for families.

Short Solo Stay

I stayed at this property for one night. Check in was easy. The manager was very responsive, and the place was clean. It has access to a pool right behind the condo. The beach is only a few minute walk. I’d recommend this place if you are going to be visiting Panama City Beach.

Check-in was a breeze, the unit mirrored the pictures we looked at on VRBO which was nice, the beach towels provided were very helpful, communication with the host was great very prompt, everything was clean upon arrival.Gulf Highlands has so much to do but we were only there for a few days so we weren’t able to do everything they had to offer.

Our family had a great time at this condo. The property owner was excellent and extremely helpful. The property came with everything we needed for the beach which made our beach days even better.

Wonderful Getaway for Fall Break

We loved staying here. It was perfectly set up for a family with smaller children. It was bright and clean and had everything we needed plus some. The pool being in the back yard was the highlight of the trip. We didn't have to pack anything up for our kids to swim at 7 am 🙂 also just a short walk to the beach and right next to the store! Would definitely recommend and we will try to stay here again!

We had a great stay! The pool was just steps from the back door, and there’s a nice grassy area that made it easy to take our dog out. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook lunches and a few dinners. We also appreciated the beach towels and chairs being provided! This saved us from having to pack extra gear.The location was nice! Just a short walk to the beach through the quiet, gated community. The beds were very comfortable, and everything felt well cared for.The host was helpful even before we booked, answering all our questions quickly. Communication throughout our stay was prompt and friendly. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay

This townhome was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Yes you have a 10 min walk to the beach but they make it convenient by providing everything you need (wagon, chairs, towels, cooler, etc.) The property manager was always prompt in answering any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved having our dogs with us and the short walk to the beach

We booked this trip last minute and wanted to bring our dogs with us. It was hard finding a place that allowed dogs over 50 pounds this listing would allow them. We had a great stay! Laura was quick to answer us if we had any concerns and resolve any issues. We loved that they provided beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to transport our stuff to the beach. The resort was very quiet while we were there. We liked the location bc we were right at and exit gate so we didn't have to drive all the way to the front to go exploring. We would recommend this place and stay here again.

Nice area of PCB

The property is roomy. Having a pool right outside the condo is very nice. The rugs need updated- they are very worn and could’ve been cleaned better. I only mention them because they are large in both bedrooms and a large area rug in the living room. Beds are nice, bathrooms are nice and up to date. The place could use a deep clean and/or fresh coat of paint. Just wear and tear from so many guest coming and going. I am a very particular person though! Communication was great! The walk to the beach is longer than expected. Plenty of beach gear is provided! We had to depart early due to Helene, so we did not get to experience our full stay. We would definitely return to this area.

Home Away From Home

Such a beautiful experience! Everything is as shown in pictures, details were right on point. My communication with Laura, the host, was very pleasing. She answered all my questions, at any given time. She was very thorough with her response. She made me feel like she was a really close friend. My 3 children loved the bunkbed and really enjoyed the swimming pool right in the back. Even made some friends. My husband did as well. We met the neighbors and they were super friendly. I had all the things I needed to make breakfast every morning which my family loved. The stores are really close by. In all honestly, we felt at right at home. It was super cozy. We will definitely come back to this location. I 100% recommend your stay here. Thank you Laura for everything!

Spotless and upgraded unit

The condo was great for our family trip! Clean crisp whites and linens make it comfortable. The unit next door was being renovated, so there was slight noise during the day, but otherwise a great stay!

We fell in love with this beach resort golf cart friendly community! Our until is especially unique because we have a pool within steps of the back yard. This is a major plus with kids since you do not need to pack your bags and take the trip to the pool - you can literally sit on the comfy patio furniture and drink some coffee (or a mimosa!) while you watch the kids play in the pool. Our favorite is grilling in the back patio on our charcoal grill while the kids have fun in the pool.

We love hosting Snowbirds & digital nomads in the off season - please reach out for monthly discounted pricing from November - February.
