Nestled between Austin and San Antonio and not far from Canyon Lake, this area is ripe with activities for outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy hiking, biking, ATVing, kayaking, fishing, and touring the area to make the most of your Texas getaway. Check out the local attractions like Wimberly Zipline Adventures, Cypress Falls Swimming Hole, Overlook Park, and Jacob's Well Natural Area, all within a 10-mile radius. After a day of adventuring, soak in the bubbling hot tub to relax your muscles, or challenge your loved ones to a game of foosball.

The highlight of the property is its fantastic outdoor space. From the expansive covered deck filled with patio furniture, to the stone firepit where you can tell stories and roast marshmallows, the huge yard is a perfect space for gatherings and yard games.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home inside the contemporary-styled home and marvel at the hardwood floor, high ceilings, and delightful decor. Stream a movie marathon on the large TV while the group's chef whips up culinary charms in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, ample cupboard room, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's activities. The main bedroom boasts a TV for private viewing, a private entrance to the covered deck, and a lovely en suite bathroom. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk room, creating memories that'll last a lifetime. A honeymoon suite is also available on the property, perfect for pairs that want more privacy, with a kitchenette, bathroom, TV, and additional washer/dryer are available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
