The main level includes a tastefully decorated king room with ensuite bath, which also opens up to the main hallway. The living area captivates with floor to ceiling wrap-around windows giving you an unobstructed and breathtaking view of the lake. The bright, open-concept kitchen offers the same gorgeous views and adjoins a dining area with seating for 8 people. There is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

Up an impressive light oak staircase you will find three elegant king rooms, each with private balconies. The primary king includes a cozy sitting area and private balcony overlooking the lake — a perfect spot to take in the serenity of your surroundings. An ensuite bathroom features a dual vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub. The additional two king rooms share a Jack N Jill bathroom, each with their own entrance.

On the lower level of the house, you'll find a custom-designed bunk room with six twins, a full bath, and a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and lounge area. The outside of this property is just as inviting as the inside, offering a covered sitting area and dining table, an eight-person hot tub, large patio terrace with seating and yard games, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and a private dock to moor a boat. StayLakeNorman has a great selection of high performance tritoons available for rent – with over 500 miles of shoreline and many waterfront restaurants to explore, your stay is not complete with a boat.

The large detached garage has been converted into an enviable game room, filled with everyone's favorites: arcade games, foosball, basketball, skeeball, shuffleboard and air hockey. This will be the ideal space to hang out any time of year, as it has doors that can be opened when the weather is nice, and central heat and air when needed. This room also includes a large flat screen television, enhanced WiFi and an EV charging station.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.

This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
