As soon as you step foot in the unique Tiny Victorian, you're welcomed by a stylish yet highly comfortable open-plan living area. It is designed and decorated in an elegant manner that compliments the charm of this serene and picturesque neighborhood.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the entertaining living room, setting the stage for many memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light coming through the large windows accent the elegant tile and wooden floors, enhancing the warm and pleasant ambiance.

The 18ft cathedral ceilings have created a place for a tranquil loft. Climb up the spiral staircase and discover another relaxation oasis, with a queen size bed.

UF Graduation Weekend

The tiny house was adorable and really not that tiny. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, great location to the school and downtown, clean and well accomadated. I would definitely recommend.

Disappointed

Cons: We were really excited to stay in this tiny house, but it was overall not a positive experience. There were only individual AC units that were not able to adequately cool the property, and in a heat advisory it was uncomfortably hot even with them running full blast. This made for a very uncomfortable and sleepless night for our two young children. Additionally, there was no washer and dryer (only a hookup where it maybe once was?) despite it being listed in the amenities. The wifi was not working, which would typically not be a dealbreaker but that meant no smart TV - again not ideal with two young (and tired/cranky) children. The host was notified of the temperature and wifi issues, and never responded back during our stay. The “mimosa bar” sounded fun but was actually a dirty outdoor hutch that housed some glassware and also roach killer spray. Which evidently is needed as the morning we left we had to kill a MASSIVE cockroach crawling up the wall. Pros: The downstairs bedroom was nicely decorated and comfortable. The property had a cute aesthetic. Overall, would not recommend.

We specialize in unique historic spaces in the downtown B&B district. In 2011 we decided to share our hidden gems with the world on VRBO. In 2015 we decided to go Tiny on FYI hit tv show "Tiny House Nation" Our salon, spa and properties were featured on season 4 episode 9. It's called 600 sqft Tiny Victorian!

Our neighborhood is up and coming! Our property sits one street up from the b&b district and a couple blocks from the happening downtown restaurant scene.
Getting around
We are a 7min walk to the local farmers market, night life and restaurants. Our front door is 250 ft from the downtown bike trails that stretch for miles through Gainesville and the prairie. We have bikes on property and uber is everywhere.
