This spacious home of over 4,000 square feet is located in Fort Myers Shores. Our secluded paradise has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a massive living/game room, and a family room. Additionally, there are further games in the garage.

We love everything about our home in Fort Myers Shores. We want the Rivers Edge Oasis to create a great experience for you and your family. Outside, our secluded paradise includes a very large dock with a 10,000lb boat lift (boat not included but can be rented at a nearby marina), pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, kayaks, paddle boards, basketball hoop and plenty of seating for you to enjoy. Inside there is plenty of entertainment including board games, a ping pong table, a pool table, a foosball table, a Pac Man arcade and a standing arcade that features 150 games to bring back the nostalgia of the 90's. There is also super-fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in every bedroom, as well as the living room and family room. Whether you are passing by on a family vacation, family reunion or coming for a wedding that is nearby, we would love to create the top-notch experience for you and your family.

There are two beautiful kitchens and an outdoor kitchen with a propane gas grill, because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right?
The upstairs kitchen features stainless steel appliances, consisting of a refrigerator, microwave, range and dishwasher, granite countertops, and center island. The downstairs kitchen features stainless steel appliances, consisting of a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop and dishwasher, and granite countertops.

Traveling with small children? 2 Pack n’ Plays, Stroller, 2 Highchairs, Baby Monitor, and kids' dinnerware are also provided.

Balcony: Outdoor sofa, chairs, ottomans and table

Poolside Furniture: Lounge chairs and shade umbrella overlooking the pool and water view. Table w/ 8 chairs covered under an overhang.

Our outdoor kitchen and firepit table use provided propane tanks.

Dining: The kitchen island includes 3 stools, and the open adjoining dining room has a table that seats 10 to 12. The downstairs kitchen includes a small table that seats 4. Outside there is a table under an overhang (such that it can be used even if it is raining) in the screened in area that seats 8.

Lots of parking space. Great for family reunions and family vacations.

Central air and heat.

Both an upstairs/downstairs Laundry Rooms come with Washer and Dryer set.

Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, hand soap, body wash and shampoo/conditioner provided!

Plenty of place settings including plates, bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, mixer, crock pot, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee makers, both single serve and traditional.

The pool is heater for the winter and cooled for the summer. There is a public boat ramp only 1 block away and grocery/restaurants only 1 mile away. Airport is only 25 minutes away and beaches are 45+ minutes away.
