Originally built in 1923 and initially used as office space, this property has been meticulously transformed into a contemporary retreat, ideal for family and friends. Situated in the heart of the Downtown Fort Myers River District, it is surrounded by a lush grove of protected, old-growth trees, offering a serene tropical haven. The area boasts rich history, themed restaurants, eclectic shopping, live theatre, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it the perfect getaway to experience the blend of tradition and modernity.
