This property is situated in one of the most desirable areas on the west side of Des Moines, offering convenient access to everything you need. Within a 5-minute drive, you`ll find Jordan Creek Town Center, West Glen, numerous dining options, bars, comedy clubs, and some of the city`s best shopping and grocery stores.

Kitchen: A luxurious, fully-equipped kitchen with an island, perfect for cooking and baking. The kitchen includes cookware, utensils, plates, cups, baking sheets, and more. Seating is available at both the island and the dining table.
Living Room: Relax in the spacious living area with a large sectional and ottoman facing a 65-inch smart TV.
Basement: The fully finished basement features a wet bar, pool table, additional living space with a smart TV, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bathroom with a shower.
Bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom: King-sized bed with a 75-inch smart TV, offering a home theater experience. The en-suite bathroom includes a jetted soaking tub, stand-up shower, double vanity, and a large walk-in closet.
- Bedroom 2: King-sized bed with a 50-inch smart TV and a closet.
- Bedroom 3: King-sized bed with a 50-inch smart TV and a closet.
- Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (twin over full) with a 32-inch smart TV.
- Bedroom 5: (Main Level): Queen-sized bed with a 32-inch smart TV and a closet.
- Bedroom 6: In Finished Basement w/ 2 full size beds and smart TV.

Sleeping breakdown: The home can sleep 15 on shared beds (twin bed 1 person) however you are welcome to have up to 17 guests if you`d like to use the couch in the living room and there is plenty of space for air mattresses in the basement and living room.
PARTY NOTICE - Events and parties are NOT allowed. Excessive noise and guests over the allowed amount will be subject to a $1,000 fine. This home is in a very high end neighborhood and we want to be respectful neighbors to the family

- Garage Access: The garage is not available for guest use.
- Check-In Process: Guests will access the home through the front door via a smart lock code, provided at 11 a.m. on the day of check-in.
** ADDITIONAL FEES **
$15 per guest per night after 6 guests
By booking, you agree to all of the house rules listed below:
1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the home. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.
2. Unruly Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if more guests than stated are brought to the property or because of excessive noise after the first warning/ neighbor complaints. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8am.
3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.
4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.
5. A lost, missing, or damaged key or fob (if property uses keys/fobs) has a replacement cost of $75 each
6. Check-Out Policy - Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may only be available if there are no same-day bookings or scheduling conflicts with our cleaning team. If you`d like to request a late check-out, please inquire the day before departure. Requests made earlier will not receive a confirmed answer until that time. A fee may apply for a late check-out.
7. Check-In Policy - Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on same-day turnover and cleaning schedules. If you`d like to request early check-in, please reach out on the day of arrival. We are unable to confirm early check-in prior to that day. A fee may apply for early check-in.
8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.
9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address youâre staying at. You may deliver to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
11. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
12. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
