Location was perfect for all events we attended during our stay. Nice layout for our family and so happy to have plenty of bathrooms. The fireplace was nice to use when it started to snow. Host was easy to work with and message as needed. Thank you!

4th of July weekend

Everything was good with the exception of the air conditioning upstairs (we did not feel anything coming out of the vents). The walkout basement level was freezing. We tried to close a couple of vents to push the A/C to the upstairs where the bedrooms are but nothing came out.

Will be returning!

We stayed here for a week while getting treatment for my son. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I especially loved all the extra comfy blankets everywhere. Property was fenced in and secure for my son. Communication from the owner as well as his brother were great. No complaints.

Great place to stay

We were in town for a family Christmas. This property was perfect for some of us stay in. Everything was perfect. It was very clean. The property owners were very responsive to messages. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. They put a Christmas tree up knowing we were celebrating Christmas. I would recommend this property any time!

Great rental!

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. All amenities were available, and easy to find with an index conveniently left by the host. This home features amenities not often seen with other listings, including a high chair, air mattress, plenty of extra linens and towels. Even though we didn’t need these items, i was impressed at the availability. Great house for a large family! Host was also timely with responses. Would stay here again if in the area!

Good house with lack of privacy.

Overall, the property was as stated, accommodates a large crowd, and was clean. Our only true concern with the property are the multiple cameras. I get cameras for security purposes when the property is not booked. However, there are two on the back of the house that catch all activity, to include one pointed straight at the hot tub. The cameras make the place feel uninviting, we definitely felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy. Also, the house rules and constant reminders throughout are a bit over the top.

Family vacation

This house was so clean and in a great neighborhood. Very spacious. Easy check out process. Great back yard. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub but it was a very nice set up.

Urbandale home

The home was clean, great location. We visited with family with kids, the basement was perfect for them with 2 beds and air hockey. 3 bedrooms on top floor. Plenty of room. Only thing was the bedrooms don’t have tv’s. The living room has a fireplace electric which was nice on cool evenings and mornings. Thank you

Christmas in Iowa

My husband & I meet with our adult children's little families in Iowa every year. This year was extra special as the "kids" live all over the country. This home was the perfect place for us to gather together. We were able to cook traditional family meals and hang out. This home is clean, spacious & inviting. There was even a Christmas tree & pack n'play! The home is only a few miles from Living History Farms. We were able to check out the beautiful Christmas light disply. I would recommend this property if you are planning to visit central Iowa.

Family Friendly property in Urbandale

The property was well stocked with necessities plus lots of extras which helped make our stay enjoyable. The host even offered to bring ice scrapers for our vehicles when it snowed. I definitely recommend this property and the host!

Great fit for our family

Great home with lots of room, in a nice neighborhood, and conveniently located near interstates and shopping. It accommodated our 8 person family very well with lots of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. Great affordable price with a nice quality hot tub and air hockey table that our family greatly enjoyed. Very responsive and helpful host who was helpful and quick at answering questions. Check out was very simple which we super appreciated. Would certainly stay here again.
