With two private primary suites and one being on the ground floor, this layout is perfect for multiple couples or extended families who want both shared space and privacy. 4 bedrooms total: 2 king en-suites, 1 king bedroom, one kids bunk room.

Other things to note
This home is part of a newer home community that is located on the bay side and is a short ~5-minute drive to the beach. It does not sit directly on the Gulf.

Community amenities: Guests have access to the neighborhood pool, pickleball courts, and community dock. Availability may vary based on season or maintenance.

Dock access: The dock is shared within the community and not private to the home. You cannot leave a private boat at the dock overnight.

Pet policy: Dogs under 45 lbs are welcome, but please clean up after your pet and follow house guidelines. Additional fees may apply.

Minimum age requirement: Primary renter must be 21+ and present for the duration of the stay.

Parking: there is a 1-car attached garage and driveway space for an additional car. Other cars will be required to park at the community parking lot by the dock. The HOA strictly does not allow street parking.

Quiet hours: Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10pm. No parties or guests beyond the number registered at booking, please.
