Welcome to our beautiful and spacious property in Renovo, PA now on the ATV connector trail. Perfect for a memorable getaway with family and friends!

Our fully furnished apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it the perfect choice for larger groups. The bedrooms feature comfortable beds and ample storage space for your belongings.

The living room is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the town or the nearby state parks. In addition to the Susquehannock State Forest, Kettle Creek State Park, and Hyner Run State Park, all just a short drive away, the area is also known for its abundance of ATV trails for off-road enthusiasts. Renovo has now been added to the ATV trails.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Elk County is home to a large elk herd which can often be spotted roaming the area. For more information on the elk herd, visitors can check out the Elk Country Visitor Center, located a short drive away.

There are plenty of other destinations in the area worth exploring as well. For example, the Sproul State Forest is located just a short drive from our property, and offers a variety of hiking and biking trails, as well as hunting and fishing opportunities. Another nearby destination worth visiting is the Piper Aviation Museum, which showcases the history of aviation in the region.

I had a pleasant stay in Renovo. The apartment was nicely renovated and clean. Fresh towels and linens were provided. A warm and comfortable place that I will definitely visit again on my next stay in the area.

Great stay and excellent host!

Definitely one of the BEST rentals we have ever stayed in. Y’all truly thought of everything from night lights to power strips for charging to coasters in the living room. Appreciated the bottled water & crackers when we arrived, too. Loved our time there and would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The BEST vacation rental I've ever stayed in.

The owners took an old building in an old town in a beautiful area and turned it into a place you want to move into immediately. Their attention to detail and guests' comfort was amazing. Everything was fully outfitted and the color palette was soothing. This is not a place that was quickly thrown together as a rental. The owners took great care to make sure their guests comfort was in the forefront of their minds. I could go on and on...but I will DEFINITELY stay their again.

Wonderful place

My daughters and I stayed here while my husband d was adventure racing through northern PA and it was wonderful! Greg was so great to work with and helped to troubleshoot anything we had issues/difficulties with. Very clean and cute apartment setup with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I would definitely recommend staying here and if we are back in town, he will be my first go to!! Thanks Greg, such a pleasure!!

Beautifullly Updated

This is an older building that has been brought back to life. My brother and I were camping with other family members at Kettle Creek S.P., and so left early in the morning and didn't return until after dark. The photos and description are accurate. It is a second floor apartment. The owners promptly answered all emails. Watch out for the utility pole at the back corner of the parking area.

My wife and I, along with another couple, are long time residents of the Harrisburg, PA area. All 4 of us enjoy the mountains and outdoor activities. We were introduced to Renovo by a college friend who lives in nearby Lock Haven. After visiting the area and seeing all the outdoor activities available to us we decided to buy a property in Renovo.
