Ocean, ocean and MORE ocean! Renovated from top to bottom! Great for families!

This home has undergone a complete renovation, has been professionally decorated with new furniture, appliances, mattresses, linens...even the silverware!

Families and friends can enjoy the looking out at the ocean each morning with coffee and the two oceanfront decks are a great place to enjoy a cocktail at sunset. There's plenty of space to spread out with the open concept and five bedrooms. The first floor master has a king bed and its own bath. The four bedrooms upstairs are set up Jack 'n Jill style with two bedrooms each sharing a bath in the middle. One king bedroom and one queen bedroom are both oceanfront. The other twin bedroom and bedroom with bunk beds and a trundle face the sound. Every bedroom has it's own flat screen/smart TV. In addition to all of the benefits with the Smart TV, there's also Direct TV hooked up for each bedroom. Puzzles, games and books are available for those rainy days or you can set up a game of cornhole in the covered garage. And, a large and private outdoor shower can help with getting all the sand off from a fun filled day at the beach.

Our stay at this beach house was even better than we imagined, the pictures truly don’t do it justice. The space was beautiful, open, and gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together.There was nothing we needed or lacked! The sunrises were absolutely amazing, morning coffee with those views was a highlight every single day. Everything felt easy, peaceful, and just right.The beds were super comfortable and linens soft, clean and perfect! We genuinely didn’t want to leave and are already talking about coming back.

House is in a great location and has access to a lovely private beach. The house has been renovated and is in great condition. It is fully equipped and has everything our family needed. It has two outdoor porches overlooking the beach.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time! The beach barn was full of charm, clean, and cozy. We had everything we needed and the porch was fantastic…non stop ocean. We saw dolphins and the sunrise was amazing. We hope to be back!

Wonderful family vacation

My extended family and I had a wonderful time in North Topsail Beach. We were a group of 7 and the house was more than perfect for all of us. The beach house is beautifully decorated, with fantastic views of the ocean. You couldn't ask for a better location. We all enjoyed our relaxing week on the beach.

Our Second Stay!

There aren’t too many places that would return to a second time. This home is perfect for families and very well supplied. The beds are exceptionally comfy. It’s very private, safe and the beach is right there in your backyard. Shannon has been accommodating and quick to answer questions….all in all, the perfect getaway.

Everything was perfect!

It has a great view and the access to the beach was private and convenient. It was clean with lots of room and the appliances and devices were up to date. Even though it mostly rained the whole weekend we were there, we really enjoyed our stay. It was actually one of the best places we have stayed in Topsail. Hope to come back again soon!

The perfect getaway

This property has become an annual tradition for my family. The beach barn is absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home is meticulously designed for comfort and function. It comes stocked with every type of cup, bowl, towel, shovel, chair - you name it, she thought of it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for calm, quiet beaches and a dreamy home with mesmerizing views.

The location is perfect! We wanted a house on the beach, and that we got! We really liked how private it was and quiet. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Beautiful home!

We have stayed here for several years and love our time here. The location is great on a quiet part of the beach. Shannon has thought of everything with the renovation of her home, and truly wants guests to enjoy their vacation. I look forward every year to morning coffee on the deck watching the sun rise and listening to the surf. It’s a perfect getaway!

The Beach Barn is perfectly convenient for us to go pier fishing. The house and amenities were great. The things I would suggest is the up keep of the back lawn and maybe overhead cover for the back porch. Great place overall!!!

Hi, Ben - so glad you enjoyed the house! We don't own the lot behind us and that's why it's not included in the mowing. And, we actually did try to put a cover on the back deck but the town wouldn't permit the change. What we did instead was install a rainproof gutter system under the upper level oceanfront deck so that you can sit on the first floor deck when it's raining and be dry. :). We love being able to sit outside on the deck and listen to the rain while looking at the ocean. Take care and we hope you'll think of us again if you head to the beach!
