1116 Shipwatch Villas is an oceanfront condo unit located in North Topsail Beach. This unit has a very spacious floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This unit has recently been accessorized and newly decorated with everything light and bright, designed to put you right in the vacation mood. Whether you enjoy going to the pool, spending the day at the beach or having a family cook-out, you can take advantage of all that is offered within this desirable oceanfront community.
As you enter the unit you first step into the dining area with adjoining kitchen to the right. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major and small appliances. The dining area will accommodate 6 at the dining table and another 3 at the kitchen bar area.
The spacious living room is bright and offers great views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean as well as the oceanfront swimming pool. This room provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you can enjoy those early morning sunrises as it peeks over the horizon. The balcony is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for the family to enjoy the outstanding ocean views.
The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV/DVD and WiFi is provided throughout the unit. There is a queen sleeper sofa provided to accommodate those extra guests as well as plenty of comfortable seating.
The master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the unit as well and provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony. This bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The master is equipped with a full size bath with tub and shower combination.
Down the hallway, well separated from the Master you will find the second bedroom which is equipped with a queen size bed and a pyramid bed which will accommodate 5 guests in this room alone. Just outside the bedroom door in the hallway, you will find a large full bath with a tub and shower combination.
Down the hallway and between the two bedrooms you will find a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer.
With lots to do at Shipwatch Villas come, and enjoy this great vacation getaway. This unit offers many amenities, including parking, outdoor grilling area, elevator, washer and dryer, TV’s and DVD, WiFi, covered oceanfront balcony, a large oceanfront pool and easy direct access boardwalk across the sand dune and right down to the white sandy beach.
Please Note: There are only two parking passes available for each unit. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
