Welcome to Nautical 2, a nicely upgraded beach house located in the heart of N. Mission Beach. Just steps to the beach, boardwalk, and bay, this home is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the best of beach living in San Diego.

This detached home provides guests with three bedrooms and three baths, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Hardwood flooring is paired with fresh color palettes and coastal-inspired décor, and indoor-outdoor living. The living room includes a leather sofa, loveseat, coffee table, and fireplace, as well as a large flatscreen television.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to enjoy a home-style meal. With a ten-person table, guests dine together in comfort, or head up to the ocean-view rooftop deck and lunch under the shade umbrella, or have dinner under the stars with the sounds of the surf in the background.
