The airy living area will quickly draw you in with its bright atmosphere, high-end sectional, and two plush armchairs. When you're not searching for dolphins outside its windows, you'll love catching up with loved ones and enjoying shows and movies together on the Samsung Frame TV. While the 80" TV has the appearance of expensive artwork, you'll find it provides both cable and streaming services.

Though your family may have scattered to explore, there's nothing like delicious food to bring everyone back together. Solicit several helping hands to assist you in making a home-style meal in the large, decadent kitchen. White shaker cabinets, marbled granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a professional-grade oven create a space that demands to be cooked in. When your family is hungry from playing on the golden shore below, sit down to eat at the banquet-style dining table. Located behind the table is a stately wet bar where you can either brew a cup of coffee in the Keurig or grab a soda from the mini fridge.

The home doesn't stop short with a magazine-worthy interior as one of its most envied features is an oceanfront location! Sea Castle resides along New Smyrna's non-driving beach and offers guests private access to the quiet shore. Its two furnished balconies and unparalleled view make it the quintessential spot to relax. One bedroom adjoins to another bedroom that has a pullout trundle and Smart TV. The other bedroom's adjoining area has a hanging daybed, armchair, and Smart TV. The two bathrooms are beautifully updated with one featuring a walk-in shower and the other a standard bathtub.

Tucked amongst these suites, you'll find a small sitting room/bedroom with a chaise that converts into a bed. This cozy nook is perfect for parents who prefer their children sleep nearby!

If you love watching New Smyrna Beach's famous sunrises, you'll find the bedroom near the living room has a front row seat to the stunning view. From a warm stone hearth to a private balcony entrance, the master bedroom is perfect for couples who want a peaceful retreat. Aside from the blue-water view, this room holds a king bed, Smart TV, plush armchairs, and an en-suite bathroom.
