The Lake Lure and Chimney Rock area took a big hit from the hurricane, but the house and around the house are beautiful some some businesses are open if you're looking for a cozy getaway!

Experience both the lake and mountains at "The Sherwood". This cozy, modern log home is the perfect place to relax and experience peace with your family or friends.

This 2,600 sq. ft. home also features a newly redone 20' X 40' patio with a propane fire table and grill, as well as an outdoor dining table.

We are one street off the lake. Although there is not direct access to the lake in the neighborhood, the public beach is only a 5 minute drive with boat rentals, kayaks, etc.

Upstairs has an open floor plan with a cozy living room featuring a gas fireplace and 50" tv. The master bedroom and bath is on the main level while the other 2 bedrooms are downstairs along with a pool table and pull out couch.

Our property is pet-friendly, with a fee of $85 per stay (we request that they stay off the furniture and 2 pets max).
