The house is private and has 2 bedrooms downstairs, 2 full baths, and a loft - sleeping a total of 6. Each downstairs bedroom is spacious with a Queen size bed and sitting area. The loft upstairs has 2 Twin beds. This beautiful Texas home has a stylish, spacious kitchen with gleaming quartz counters and brand-new appliances. The full-size dining area opens to the Great Room with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light, making it the best place for you and your loved ones to enjoy meals, family game night, or watch a movie! Outdoor living at its best in the backyard with a private hot tub, deck, patio furniture, and grilling area to enjoy!

The Sunday Circle house is the perfect place to enjoy sunrises overlooking ranch land from the comfortable front porch with a hot cup of coffee or unwind and relax in the private hot tub with a glass of wine after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg!

Other Things to Note:
Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled on either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday each week. Typically, spa maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
