In the living room, a queen pull-out sofa bed with a foam memory mattress topper is perfect for accommodating kids or additional guests or relaxing and watching your favorite show. Living room Smart TV equipped with cable TV for live programming.

BATHROOM
There is one full size newly updated bathroom complete with soaking tub, shower, plush bath linen, towels, hairdryer and first aid kit. Mini Stackable washer and dryer are located in the closet.

KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare delicious meals for your group in the fully equipped kitchen complete with toaster, blender, coffee machine, coffee and all the basic kitchen essentials you'll need, including pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Gather around the kitchen table (3 seats) or kitchen bar (3 seats) and enjoy your meals together.

OUTSIDE SPACE

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have private access to the entire condo unit. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on both flat-screen TVs.

Parking is free in the condo parking lot.

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 48-72 hours before your arrival.

Pool and Hot tub are shared with all owners and guests in the building (30 units). These are TYPICALLY open from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
