BRAND NEW HOUSE in private gated community of PGA Signature. The home is located on the world-famous STADIUM COURSE with unobstructed views of the golf course, driving range, and first tee box.

Less than 2 miles from the COACHELLA Music Festival Grounds making this property just a short bike ride away. Walking distance to many fantastic amenities including Ernies Bar and Grill and The Stadium course clubhouse. A few minute drive from Old Town La Quinta with Starbucks, many restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores.

PRIVATE Heated Saltwater Pool and Hot Tub.

This home is convienelty located next to many other vacation rentals on the same street for larger groups to have privacy while being close together. *Please note, this community still has some homes under construction, but this street is completely finished.

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a brand new build inside a gorgeous new community!

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

MASTER SUITE: The private Master Suite has a King size bed, a 32" TV an oversized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, separate walk-in shower. The master suite has two walk-out sliding doors that lead to a private patio with a putting green, gorgeous golf course views, and direct access to the pool and spa.

BEDROOM 2: The second bedroom is located upstairs off of the private loft space. The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a full spacious closet, and a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and sink. This second-story bedroom offers superior unobstructed views of the Stadium Course.

BEDROOM 3: The third bedroom is located downstairs separated from the master suite and offers a twin-sized bed with a pull-out twin trundle and a full spacious closet. Private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and sink. This bedroom is ideal for anyone sharing a space while still having their own bed.

LOFT: Upstairs loft with 65" TV and queen sleeper sofa. Full bathroom located upstairs off of bedroom 2 with tub/shower combo and sink. Airbed is also available for additional sleeping arrangements.

LIVING ROOM: Large Sofa with fireplace and frame TV. The living room features an incredible sliding glass wall that opens the entire interior to the exterior for indoor/outdoor living.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with oversized kitchen island. Brand new stainless steel appliances including a 6 burner gas range. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender, and air fryer. Essential dining, cooking, and serving necessities include plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can openers, wine openers, measuring spoons, and more. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays, or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

OUTSIDE: Open up the sliding glass wall to your own private desert paradise. The Instagram-worthy private pool features an oversized tanning shelf with loungers, an umbrella for sun and shade, and a spillover spa. The beautifully landscaped backyard overlooks the Stadium Course and features a covered outdoor living room, private putting green, and Traeger Grill.

This home is fully furnished with cable/Netflix/Amazon Prime TV and high-speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home:

HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.

OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home - 8. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.

COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball, and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)

LOCATION: Walking and biking distance (2 miles) to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos, and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIMES ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is after 3 PM local time, and check-out is 11 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation. If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!

HOW WILL I ACCESS THE HOME?
A keyless entry system is located on the door. A personalized access code will be given to use for the duration of your stay.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICES?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Yes!

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
Yes! The property address can be provided ahead of time if you want to ship any packages for extra festival fun. Just label the package with your reservation name!

DOES YOUR HOME HAVE AN OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEM?
No, we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND WILL BE CONSIDERED INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS OF ANY KIND.

Beautiful home close to great outdoor activities.

We had an excellent stay at this house. It is a beautiful spacious home with expansive golf course views. Close to great dining in La Quinta and Palm Desert, and to lots of amazing outdoor activities. The owner was extremely friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for a great vacation stay.

Highly recommend

I would recommend to any of my close friends and family an amazing stay at this home. Management of the home was very attentive, kind and very keen to every detail. From the welcome sign to the bathroom amentities she went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Any questions we had she was quick to respond with a positive solution. I plan on staying here in the future.

Could have been great

This is the 4th home we have stayed in, in this neighborhood. It was the most disappointing. Second and third bedrooms were insufficiently furnished, and had no TV’s. No headboard on the upstairs bed, tiny end tables and lamps, trundle was horrible and unfit for an adult, no tables, lamps or lighting in the third bedroom. Plates and China were a mix, frig was full of half used condiments from other renters which was offensive. Master closet was a lock out and we had to use a clothing rack and the pantry door was locked. The backyard is directly across from the golf starter and there were people and carts all day, lack of privacy. The second and third bathrooms had shower curtains. This home is too nice not to have sliding glass doors as the other homes did in all bathrooms. The property manager was great and responsive but not enough to overcome the home’s shortcomings. This review is based on the exceptional homes in the same neighborhood we were able to compare it to and these were the huge differences. We hope the owner or manager will use this review to make very simple improvements.

Hi Rudi, Multiple pictures depicting each bedroom are available so renters have a very clear understanding of what furniture is in each room before booking. We do not pack the bedrooms with oversized chairs or furniture; we have a more modernist style when being compared to the other homes in this community. We have never had a complaint about bedrooms which all have brand new beds, linens, and end tables. We strive for every guest to be comfortable and appreciate your honest review. We can look into brighter lighting for the 3rd bedroom. The trundle bed (new from pottery barn) in the 3rd bedroom tends to be a fan favorite for families with children or guests who want to share the bedroom with another adult. It sounds like this smaller bedroom may not have been the exact match for your needs, as families love this bedroom! (And the trunk of toys :) The listing also states guests do not have access to the garage, panty, or master closet (a guest can request master bedroom closet access before booking which may or may not be available). We were happy to accommodate your request for using the golf cart garage and glad we could help make your stay the best possible. This property is located directly on the first hole of Stadium course, which means some of the best golf views in the neighborhood and with that means not a fully private backyard. We hope the gorgeous Mountain views were considered and enjoyed! You had great communication and left the house clean, thank you!
