Pre-Registration is guests who register MORE THAN 24 hours in advance. This fee is currently $45 + tax. Late Registration is considered to be guests who register 24 hours or LESS in advance of arrival, or upon arrival. This fee is currently $55 + tax. There is paid parking for 2 vehicles. Parking spaces aren't dedicated. The parking garage is located across the street from the building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a skybridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Vacasa desk located on the ground floor. This is where you can pick up your two parking passes. You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to on-site amenities. Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses, or other oversize vehicles are not allowed on-premises. No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at the renter’s expense.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
