The sounds and views of the ocean are spectacular from the furnished second story lanai, where you can see the neighboring island of Molokai off in the distance. Gated Neighborhood Features:

-Alaeloa has a full time resident manager and dedicated landscape staff.
-Conveniently located in Napili, close to shopping, schools, and the resorts of Kapalua and Ka'anapali.

-Beach towels, Beach chairs, and Hard sided cooler
-Starter Kit: Starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags
*We don't provide beach umbrellas, toys, or gears, such as snorkeling, due to safety, health, and hygiene risks.
BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants' personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants' stay.
