For bigger groups, consider also renting our 6 bedroom VRBO house next door. Ask for details!

Enjoy the beach, shopping downtown Manhattan Beach or walk our no-vehicle beach strand path. Also enjoy the beautiful sunset at the end each day.

Great views and beautiful home

My family and I connected for a nice long weekend in MB and really enjoyed this home and its proximity to the beach and local amenities. We had a little hiccup but the hosts were very responsive. Thanks again for a great stay!

Manhattan Beach getaway

Our hosts were wonderful - great communication, simple directions for arrival and departure, offered early check in and late checkout, and left a lovely welcome treat. The property is clean, comfortable, very peaceful and great ocean views. Perfect for our family visit. Highly recommend!

Great location & hosts

This property is beautiful and the location was perfect. We enjoyed sunsets on the balcony and had plenty of space to host family dinners and visitors. The two issues we encountered (pet smells and water heater) were addressed quickly by the property owners who were rapidly responsive. Everything else was perfect! Lots of extra linens and all the amenities we needed. Thank you!

A group of dads stayed for a few nights and attended a Bears/Chargers game. The house was great, beach was fantastic and great restaurants all walking distance.

The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The host was very accommodating and generous. We were welcomed with a card, gift, and frosted cookies from a local bakery .There was a nice view of the ocean and lots of balconies and viewing decks. Every room was clean and fresh looking. All the rooms were on the 2nd floor and the walls were pretty thin so if anyone was awake and walking around upstairs in the living room/kitchen (3rd floor), it was easily heard. The house was older than appeared in the photos and kitchen smaller, but we had a great stay and would stay again. The area was family friendly, safe, and a short but steep hike to the beach. They also had everything you would need for the beach-chairs, wagons, sand toys, balls, etc.

Wonderful Stay in Manhattan Beach

Five mothers of students at a nearby college came for a mother/son trip. We had a wonderful time and Gina and Greg were so friendly and helpful. The house is in a great location - walking distance to Manhattan Beach restaurants, strand etc. The outside fire pit on the walk street is a wonderful place to hang out. Thanks for a great trip!

Our time in Manhattan Beach was wonderful! The home was beautifully decorated, more than enough space and excellent location. The owner communicated frequently and was very helpful. The home was stocked with everything we needed and nice plentiful clean linens. I would highly recommend this home and we look forward to going back again.

Family wedding in Manhattan Beach

Hosts Greg and Gina could not have been easier to work with. We booked their two side-by-side large Manhattan Beach properties and filled them with family in town for a wedding. They provided delightful welcome gifts, checked in with about our needs and provided helpful recommendations. The properties are light-filled and comfortable and you can’t beat the location—just blocks to the beach and to the great shops and restaurants of Manhattan Beach. We highly recommend booking these properties!

It was perfect for us!

I have stayed in many VRBO’s and never have I had the pleasure of working with better communicators than Gina and her assistant. She could NOT have been more helpful or accommodating. The house was exactly as promised, beautifully decorated with everything we needed. There was one quirk we weren’t anticipating — the 3rd bathroom is on the top floor, not on the bedroom floor, but everything worked seamlessly and if we had any trouble figuring it out, the help was a text away! We will definitely be back to this lovely property and look forward to meeting its fantastic owners in person some day!

Stunning View- Gorgeous Beach Home

Such an incredible home that had everything you could imagine! Gina and Dan are amazing hosts and have thought of everything. The home has stunning ocean views and many patio / balconies that made you feel outside when inside. The home was equipped with everything and the beds were beyond comfortable with premium bedding. It’s just a short walk down to the ocean and located perfectly atop 26th Ave on a quiet street on the corner. We celebrated the new year with our 6 adult children and can’t wait to come back. Gina also took time out of her day to call us and extended a late checkout without even asking. Just great hospitality and service!!!

Exceptional property for small group stay

This was an absolutely ideal property for our small business planning retreat. The 3rd floor open floor plan, multiple outdoor spaces, 2nd floor private bedrooms, and two-car driveway made for a convenient, comfortable stay. Linens, towels, and kitchen amenities were top-notch. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful — the beach is a few blocks away, and it’s only a brief drive to the downtown area. Communication with property owners was also exceptional. The only minor complaint was the daytime noise from neighborhood maintenance (e.g. lawn teams, garbage trucks) and home reconstruction, but it didn’t interfere whatsoever with our overall stellar experience. I’ve never been a big fan of southern California, but now I can’t wait to return to Manhattan Beach thanks to our stay at this property!

View!!! and plenty of space for family to spread out

We were in Manhattan Beach for a holiday family reunion. This house was perfect! With all the bedrooms on the middle level the upper level with an amazing view of the ocean was enjoyed by all. There was plenty of room to spread out so some of us could play a game or puzzle while others had quiet reading time, etc. SUNSETS - holy cow! Just gorgeous. The outdoor area is killer! and we enjoyed having bikes to roam the strand. Gina and Greg were both incredibly responsive to any questions we had. The 3 levels of stairs were tough on our older family members.. something to note, but not anything that detracted from the amazing experience. Thank you!

Lovely home

This house is just as lovely as pictured. The owners and manager were extremely responsive and booking the house for a weekend getaway was a breeze. After a less than stellar experience with another vacation homeowner who actually cancelled on us less than two weeks before we were set to arrive, this was greatly appreciated. Roxy warmly greeted us at check-in and showed us around the house. We were immediately thrilled and knew that we were going to have a fantastic weekend. The afternoons spent on the balcony with the ocean view and the sound of waves in the distance was simply amazing.  The light and airy great room and kitchen area was definitely the heart of the home as we cooked and caught up with our old friends. We also took advantage of the grill and made a fabulous meal that we enjoyed outside. The fire pit was also such a unique way to unwind and enjoy the evening as the weather cooled. We all simply can’t wait to return again in the future!

Awesome home, great location, amazing hosts

We were in town for a family reunion of sorts - we came from the East Coast for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday milestone (90 years!). We have family living in Manhattan Beach so we wanted a place near the beach that could fit 6 adults easily. This home was pretty much perfect for us, beautifully appointed home with great views and easy access to the Strand. Convenient location to walk to downtown MB (15 minutes). The hosts Gina and Greg are very available, we met both of them and were very friendly and helpful. The photos represented on VRBO were accurate, it's as beautiful as it looks. Gina and Greg have thought of the little things like the coffeemaker with pods, plenty of towels, trash bags, and other amenities. The top floor with its beautiful kitchen and open space is a great place to hang out. The balconies and patio furniture on the street offer great spots to hang out and watch the sunset, just fantastic. Although we didn’t have the opportunity to use them, having nice beach chairs and other beach items available is great. Highly recommend this home, you can tell Gina and Greg take good care of it, and want guests to enjoy themselves. Thanks again!

Gorgeous beach house in a great neighborhood

I and my two daughters and their young families spent 4 days here, we were in town for a family wedding. We had a wonderful time, the house was really lovely with great views of the ocean from living room and decks. It was generously stocked with everything you could want, the hosts Gina and Greg , have thought of everything, from beach towels and chairs, frisbee and volleyball, grill, a well stocked kitchen, laundry facilities in garage, easy parking for two cars, and a pretty easy walk directly down the street to beach. The house is in a super nice quiet neighborhood but very close by are the beach, shops and restaurants. Since we had small children with us we found a very cool sand dune park .3 mile walk from the house. Surrounded by beautiful gardens. We also enjoyed the little free aquarium at the end of Manhattan Beach Pier, about 1 mile walk down the Strand which is a fun beautiful walk in itself. The hosts were so responsive to all our questions, and so hospitable. The beds were very comfortable, and supplied with really nice linens. My 6’ 8” son in law so appreciated having a comfortable king bed to stretch out in. It’s just a lovely place, with great owners. You will enjoy it. It’s definitely a 5-star experience!!
