The main bedroom is spacious with a king bed and nice view to the back yard. The en-suite master bath has a dual sink vanity topped with granite, a walk-in shower and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is equipped with a desk and bookcases. The second bathroom has a granite top vanity and a walk-in spa style tub with a hand shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of counter space to prepare meals. The cabinets are fully stocked with dishware, drinkware, pots and pans, small appliances and all the cooking gadgets and necessities.

Corte Belle is an age restricted community and the lessee must be 55+ to rent. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted as residents, however, they are welcome as visitors. The HOA declarations also restrict rentals to not less than 30 days so you may rent by the month from the 1st day of any month or any term up to a year. The daily rate reflects the Winter, Spring/Fall and Summer season rates. The correct rate for the booking will be calculated by the dates you select. There will also be a one time $250.00 cleaning fee added to the rental charge.
