This property is great for remote workers. The property has high speed internet access and also backup internet powered by Starlink with over 100mbps speed. We also have a large desk space and large monitors to work on so you can work comfortably during your stay.

IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU BOOK: This is not a party house. Our neighbors are awesome families that have lived in this complex for many years, let’s keep them happy. No parties or events, No smoking allowed inside the house. Noise levels must be minimal past 10:00 pm. Good vibes only. We want to rent the house just to families , no party crowds or loud music! Please have in mind that visitors will not allowed on the property. Only registered guests. NOT BACHELOR/BACHOLERETTE PARTIES!
