Also located on the second floor is the bathroom and shower. All Televisions are brand new smart Tv's. They include Hulu, Netflix, HBO and Paramount for free. Avocado Villas is a quiet neighborhood, and the house is surrounded with security cameras for your protection.

The space
Apartment is separate from the home with it's own entrance. Apartment has, microwave, hot plate, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, bbq grill and refrigerator.

Guest access
Before your check in time, you will receive a custom code for the smart lock. You can self check in at anytime you arrive. Can fit up to 3 vehicles but we must be notified if more than one car will be parked, so we can have it arranged.
