Sleeping up to 4 guests there is a king in the master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony while taking in the warm salty air or end the evening with spectacular sunset views. Unwind in the living room with your favorite movie after a full day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up some delicious meals. Very nice condo

The condo was very clean and very well stocked! We had plenty of towels and everything we needed for our stay! The kitchen had anything you would need! There was construction going on but never bothered us. We enjoyed this condo!

Girls trip!

Wonderful unit, great view of ocean and main pool from balcony. Unit was a tad smaller than shown in pictures...so some areas were cramped. But overall it was very nice!

The Perfect Getaway

Enjoyed our stay at 402 Sunbird. The condo was just what was shown on the site. Small and quaint but enough space for me and husband to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. The only drawback was the light bulbs blew in the kitchen and the maintenance man had to make a couple of trips to the condo to fix. All in all, it was great.

Perfect location easy access no issues at all. We had a great view and the beach was wonderful and right outside our location. The room was super clean and just as described. The single negative I have is the bed was so uncomfortable. Not every unit may have the same type of bed so I can’t speak for them all but ours was bad. That being said I would still choose this place again. We had a great stay! Panama City beach is so wonderful!

wonderful view of dolphins swimming in gulf from balcony

i enjoyed my stay minus the interruptions, I was not informed when codes on gates changed in the new year. I sent email and was not given codes until days later when i phoned. the accomaditions were exactly as shown. i loved the view which made even the modifications worth it. i would stay again.

Great condo but…..

Condo is nice for one to two people. I may not have gone if I had known there was construction there. Could not enjoy the balcony area. Little noise at night. Toilet had not been cleaned. Otherwise condo is fine.

Please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused by the ongoing construction project and for the toilet not being cleaned properly. As mentioned on RealJoy and Vrbo websites, "**please pardon the inconvenience while improvements are taking place at Sunbird Condominiums throughout 2023 and into 2024. These property updates will require certain unit balconies and pools to be closed and completely inaccessible, potentially throughout the guest's entire stay depending on the phase of construction. The main pool will be closed early Spring and is expected to remain closed until further notice. We apologize for any noise or other inconveniences you may encounter while these improvements are being made. Due to these circumstances, we have discounted rates. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office BEFORE booking as normal cancellation policies will apply to any new bookings. Construction dates are tentative due to weather, unforeseen delays, etc. Beach Access is still Open! **" We would have been more than happy to send someone to come reclean the toilet had we been made aware during your stay. Beautiful view bad service

- the condo was dirty upon entry, bath tub dirty grit on counter space in bathroom and kitchen. - the sliding glass doors and window from balcony were smeared and dirty.- i phone for codes and was informed that they don't change and i had all codes i would need the property management on site supplied codes my stay was 90 days and the codes change regularly threw the year- dirty wet mat on floor in bathroom with unpleasant odour

Great views, clean, but slow wifi!

This condo was very well maintained and clean with everything we needed.Only complaint would be the WiFi connection -- very slow and dropped out frequently on our laptops, phones, and the in-home smart TVs.Also, the Smart TV in the bedroom is very laggy and slow to respond in the menus (in addition to the actual internet connection being choppy).
