The space
You won’t find a better place to kick back and relax or get active on the trails or get around to the best spots in Rogers/Bentonville.

The Trailhead Hideaway is so-named because steps from the front door is the Cambridge Park Trailhead connected to the Razorback Greenway (the 36 Mile paved biking/running/walking trail.)

Between downtown Bentonville and downtown Rogers, but seconds away from “restaurant row” it’s easy to get supplies and find places where you can eat out and be entertained.

The cozy, comfortable hideaway offers 1663 square feet of designer space for up to 8 guests. And it’s all recently been renovated in a modern style..

Whether you visit for the biking trails, the park, the central location, or to work remotely or at Walmart’s Global HQ (just 1.2 miles away) this homely retreat is sure to delight. Let’s take a look around:

LIVING ROOM
The hub of the home offers a great area in for socializing thanks to the comfy, extra-large sofas. Why not spread out your maps on the large coffee table and work out the route for your next ride?

DINING ROOM
Planning a special occasion meal during your stay? Or need space to spread out your work things? Either way, the large dining table that seats 8 can handle it. It’s great for eating, working, even playing board games (provided). And the West Elm pendant light lends on-trend moody directional lighting to the space.

KITCHEN
All that cycling is sure to give you an appetite. Good job, then, that you have a kitchen with all the cookware, utensils and storage space you’ll need. Its contemporary design makes best use of every inch of space, so you get a great area in which to prepare snacks and meals.

BIKE FACILITIES:
This home is unashamedly biker friendly. The super-easy access to and from the Razorback Greenway trail is a big benefit.

REMOTE WORKING / WFH
Want to swap your usual view from the office or home office for something more relaxing and inspiring? The Trailhead Hideaway has plenty of places for you to get your laptop out and get stuck into an assignment, including in front of the wood burning fireplace or a covered, quiet and shady space in the beautiful park.

3 BEDROOMS
All that fresh air is bound to get you sleepy. The first bedroom features a gloriously comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed surrounded by custom built-ins, a desk and chair, plus a full length mirror. Then the third bedroom has two queen beds fitted within for maximum sleep over abilities.

2 BATHROOMS
The bathrooms offer up the chance to rest those weary muscles in a tub (the jets are currently not working), or take an invigorating shower to get ready to tackle the next trail. Your hosts will supply quality towels for all guests.

OUTSIDE SPACE
The ultimate way to kick back and relax is the luxurious jacuzzi hot tub. Feel free to pick fresh vegetables straight from the square foot gardens in the backyard. The patio features a fire pit with a couple chairs plus a table with chairs. And you’ll find a gas propane grill with all the tools you’ll need for a BBQ.

LAUNDRY
You’re welcome to use the washer dryer to clean your clothes after a long hard bike ride.
Guest access
The Trailhead Hideaway is available for your exclusive use for however long you need to make your reservation. The home and its outside spaces will be yours and yours alone. Only the garage and a couple cleaning/resource closets in the Hideaway can’t be accessed.

Your hosts are determined to give every guest the chance to sample the delights of living in Northwest Arkansas. So they’ll be available via the Airbnb app or text to give advice, support, and answer questions about the Hideaway and local area. They’ll even ensure there’s a little goodie bag filled with a few treats waiting for you when you arrive.
