INDIVIDUALLY OWNED CONDO:

Escape to paradise! This Oceanfront Balcony provides direct access from both the living room and master
bedroom. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo can comfortably sleep 6 guests with a king-sized bed in
the master, queen size bed and twin bunk beds in the second bedroom and the living room has an extra
pullout sofa bed for additional guests. The master bath offers a refreshing walk in shower.

Relax in style, with a fully appointed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, all new pots,
pans, and dishes. The kitchen provides a Keurig/coffee combo brewing station to enjoy your mornings by the sea.
This condo also has new furniture, new beds and mattresses throughout.
Stay entertained with free Wi-Fi and cable, and new oversized flat screen TVs in the living room and master suite.

Take advantage of the community's oceanfront swimming pool, tennis court, pickle ball court, grilling

Beautiful Beach Condo

Our room was gorgeous. It was very clean and updated. This was our first time staying at the Arcadian 1 and we loved it! It wasn’t crowded, grounds were maintained and security at night! We will definitely stay again. I think we have found our new place to stay at the beach!!

Wonderful location and Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this place for two weeks and were so comfortable! The place was clean, the a/c worked perfectly, the kitchen was well stocked, furniture was comfortable, and the bed was also very comfortable. Customer service was great too! The first unit we were in had an a/c problem and an odor, so they moved us to this unit for our entire stay. We couldn’t have been happier! We also loved the area bc there was no highway in front of the unit and not much traffic in the area compared with Myrtle Beach proper. We’d definitely stay again!

Great oceanfront condo. Well stocked kitchen. Extremely clean and updated interior. Great location with plenty of parking. Very secure and security guard on duty all night. Only negative is the fitted sheets in master bedroom are too small.

Amazing Vacation

This is our second year in a row staying at Arcadia 1 16E. This is our new family favorite. I’ve even talked my sister and her family into coming with us! It is a hidden gem for sure. Always so clean and easy to access. Close to everything. Our family also loves the security at night. They are amazing, helpful and professional. We also love Peaches! So many good things I could say!

Lovely Condo and View

This property is very nicely appointed, clean, and looks fairly recently updated.. It is right on the ocean, so the views are amazing! We were lucky to have a full moon during our stay. Stunning. The bed was very comfortable. We liked that the master is on the ocean side, which made for great sleeping. We also enjoyed the covered balcony which was mostly shaded except for part of the morning. Great for coffee reading, and cocktails. It was quiet, a good location, and secure. This condo has everything you need. We would definitely rent again! Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Arcadian One 16E was exceptional and absolutely everything was as stated. . . It was very clean, updated, stylish and comfortable. The view was wonderful. The beach directly in front of the Arcadian buildings never seemed as crowded as the rest of the beach. The kitchen was supplied well. The only issue was...and it was minor in my opinion...the water from the dispenser in the refrigerator was very slow flowing. The security officer posted at the enterance at 4 PM until the office opened in the mornings was definitely a plus as I was traveling with my daughter and grandkids. All in all I would rate our stay A++. If / when we return to Myrtle Beach, Arcadian One 16E will be at the top of our list.
