Enjoy your coffee in the morning from the main bedroom or from the table while you watch the sunrise. Your vacation awaits you!

PARKING: Motorcycles, trailers, campers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not allowed at this rental property. Free parking is limited to 2 vehicles and the parking pass must be displayed in the window at all times. There are no refunds for parking restrictions at this rental property during your stay.

WEATHER: There are no refunds for inclement weather unless evacuation is ordered. In the event of such an evacuation order, the renter is still financially responsible for all rental days that the evacuation does not cover. For example, if an evacuation is ordered for the fourth day of your visit, you are still responsible for the other 3 days of your one-week rental (regardless of weather conditions). We had a great time staying here. There was plenty to do at the resort for the whole family whether you wanted to socialize at the pool or relax on the beach. The place came with beach essentials which was nice and the view is spectacular.

Perfect place for families. From fluffy floor pillows for the kids to high end appliances in the kitchen, this condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Cozy seating in the living room and the wall to wall windows allowed us to enjoy the ocean 24 hrs a day. The owners responded within minutes to answer our questions before and during our stay. 5 stars isn’t enough.

Amazing view and great location

Enjoyed a long stay. Up every morning to watch the sunrise from the comfort of the couch. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and the beach is an elevator ride away. The owner was excellent to work with.

Great Condo. Awesome view!

The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a great vacation. Nice location, the beds are comfortable, large windows and glass sliding doors provide awesome views from inside the condo. The host (Mike) is excellent and very accomodating. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. We highly recommend!
