Votre famille adorera cette 4ème étage 3 chambres, 2 salle de bain avec une vue complète bord de l'océan vers le Nord et l'Est.

Beaucoup d'espace pour votre famille et de la tarification réduite en raison de la première saison, les propriétaires ont décidé de louer.

Plus assez de sièges dans les espaces de vie et salle à manger avec un nouveau écran plat de 60 pouces. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et bien sûr nous fournir les draps et les serviettes.
Le Maître a sa propre salle de bain et est livré avec un lit King size et une télévision à écran plat. La deuxième chambre est aussi un lit king-size tandis que la 3ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Ceci est une propriété d'angle avec deux balcons et deux balcons français.

Inclus dans le loyer est un nettoyage ponctuel après la location et un paquet de linge qui comprend: les lits faits avec fourniture de linge (drap housse et la feuille supérieure pour chaque lit et canapé-lit) Serviettes (8 serviettes, 3 serviettes de toilette, 6 débarbouillettes et torchons de cuisine): Bar de savon, savon à main fournis avec des sacs poubelle, papier toilette et détergent lave-vaisselle.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, argenterie, ustensiles de cuisine et des cours tous les appareils de tous les jours.

Quelque chose à propos de notre bâtiment Arcadian II

Nous sommes une grande hauteur plus petite; Yep seulement 6 condos par étage. Pas de longues attentes pour l'ascenseur. Pas de couler dans la matinée pour enregistrer vos chaises longues à la piscine. Ces questions ne sont jamais un problème à notre bâtiment que nous avons beaucoup de chaises longues et de grands ascenseurs. Oh, et pas de mauvais endroits dans ce bâtiment que tous sont de l'océan.
Le court de tennis est disponible la plupart du temps mais sinon vous pouvez le réserver.
Notre porte arrière est à seulement 25 verges à la plage! Grand parking avec des espaces à proximité de l'entrée! Portier chariots par la porte d'entrée pour vous aider à récupérer vos bagages et sortir.

Section Arcadian Shores est à droite entre Myrtle et Myrtle Beach Nord non constituée en société le comté de Horry. Notre adresse est à Myrtle Beach, mais un peu loin de la foule. Si vous aimez les foules sur restaurant occasion Row est à 2 minutes. Barefoot Landing se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture et de Broadway à la plage environ 15 minutes.

Spacious, comfortable, great location and beach, but not well appointed.

We found the condo's LR furniture uncomfortable with soiled slip covers. The kitchen was unorganized and not "user friendly" with dirty dishes and utensils in cabinets, no large trash bags, a dish towel that looked like it had been used as a cleaning rag and a wash cloth for a dish cloth. I won't even describe the electric range. :-( Major issue when the hall bathroom toilet over flowed. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable with decent pillows. Didn't know what to make of the "balled-up" bed dust ruffle and comforter on the floor of the MBR closest floor. Most of my disappointments are of the house keeping variety as I expected the decor to be "tired" from the pictures on the website.

Amazing View

Quiet neighborhood. Condo was very comfortable and spacious with amazing view of beautiful beach. Great pool too. Had a wonderful time.

Great Condo

The view from the room is fantastic. The room itself was great! Clean, stocked, tastefully decorated. I couldn’t find the hair dryer so I bought one and left it for future guests… no biggie. We had one issue arise and Frank was kind and immediately took care of it. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Very nice. Plenty of room. Would have liked Tv's in two extra bedrooms. And in condo washer/dryer would be nice. Have enjoyed the property for several years now and lookng forward to going back.

Gorgeous View

My family loved this property and the view well you have to see it to believe it. Only downfall were the kitchen appliances needs to be updated. But honestly I don’t go to beach to do a lot of cooking…lol! Definitely recommend this condo and hopefully will get the chance to stay here next year!

Quiet Neighborhood, Great Beaches

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of the property. Entrance into the condo was easy and the security guards gave a great sense of security after dark. The unit itself was a little dated. The plush carpeting was a surprise and posed some issues for my wife who has a bad knee and ankle. Everything else was great. We, unfortunately, had to cut our vacation short because of the coronavirus. We will certainly consider this proparty with our next vacation

Convenient Location

The location was right on the beach and convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The view of the beach, ocean and sunrise was awesome.

The place was very clean, but dated. The room with the 2nd king size, blind was broke and closets were crowded with extra house hold items that took up space, plus had to buy hangers. Owner was very responsive to some items needed, such as trash bags. Complex was very nice, and even had a great cookout lunch for the 4th! Great location!

Fun in the Sun

The location was perfect. The view of the beach outstanding. It was easy access to the beach. The condo itself needs updating. The bedroom closets were filled with junk. Wasn't able to store luggage in the closets. Bedroom windows were missing some verticals. The kitchen cabinets were filled with a lot of stuff. Inside the cabinets were dirty. We had to keep the food and items we bought with us on the counter. Aside form this we had a great time. The location was perfect for what we wanted. It is just minutes to restaurants and attractions.

Peaceful beachfront stay

This was a great condo in a great location. That first morning waking up to the view of the ocean was just “wow”. The condo was clean and spacious. The beach at the location was quiet. If you want a little more action, you are only a short drive to the boardwalk.

Spacious condo

This condo was a bit dated but very clean. It was plenty of room for my family. The only thing I would suggest is updating some of the kitchenware. It seemed as if it was a hogpog of things that were thrown into it and not really organized. The beach was beautiful and we didn’t have any issues finding a spot. It was nice to have a place to store your beach stuff on the bottom floor that way we didn’t need to haul it up to the condo everyday. While we were there one of the handles broke on the slider and Frank was very prompt getting it replaced. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, excellent manager, old out-of-date condo

The location is excellent! Nice building with a lot of permanent residents (some of whom - not all - seem to resent the renters). This condo seems lost in time without acknowledging wear and tear over the years, nor the need to update anything. The decor is old "beach" rattan and the furniture is covered with ugly slipcovers that really need cleaning. The kitchen and baths are old and have not been renovated. They are also very small. We had problems with a toilet and the air conditioning which the manager tried to take care of promptly, but it was always the next day, so we had to endure. Finally he had to move us as the A/C could not be fixed and the temperature in the condo was over 85 degrees. It did get a new A/C for future guests. The most positive thing I can say is that the beds were very comfortable and slept well. I would not recommend this condo unless serious renovation is done.

Awesome view and very nice

We just got back from what was planned as a 5 night stay. We found it to be very clean with lots of room for the 5 of us. It was very quiet except for the sound of the ocean of course when we went out on the nice balcony which we loved. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need including a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip type. There was even a blender. The dishwasher was very quiet and worked well. We like the place so much that when we found out that it would be vacant for a few more days we decided to stay longer and extended our stay by 3 more days. It is very convenient to shopping. There is even a Tiki Bar on the beach just one building away at the Hilton which was a definite plus and surprise. The only negative thing I can say about this place is the carpet on the balcony was loose and needs to be secured. The sliding door was very difficult to close but I fixed it some by cleaning out the trash from the tray where the door slides, that had accumulated over the years probably from the last hurricane. It was for these reasons I gave it 4 stars. We would definitely stay there again.

A pleasure to rent

This is a beautiful, well-kept condo. The condo itself is in Arcadian II, older or not as well-maintained as Arcadian I next door, but the differences did not in the least impair our satisfaction with our visit (we paid $140/night, outstanding for a nice beachfront condo). I loved the roominess, the deep teal luxurious carpet, and the ease of access. The 4th floor location was high enough not to get beach-visitor noise, but low enough to feel connected with the ocean. When walking into the living room, the ocean is right there. This corner unit provides side as well as front and back windows. The kitchen was well-stocked; bedroom areas are private; parking is conveniently right out front. There isn't much beach at high tide; aim for low tide for playing and sun-bathing on the beach. This is a family-friendly unit, although pets aren't permitted; I expected that bathrooms might not be in the very latest styles, but neither is my home! It was very quiet; no intrusive beach-party noise or noise from other units. Ample trolleys are available in a covered area to the left of the front door. It was a pleasure to be there.

My family stayed in this condo 9-7-17 thru 9-14-17. This was during Hurricsne Irma.

Frank kept us informed about evacuation information the whole time we were there. We finally got the all clear on Saturday morning and could really enjoy the beautiful condo and grounds. We had a wonderful time and will stay there again. Great security- very friendly accommodating staff. Loved it!

Destination Beach!!!

This property is one of the best we have stayed in the Myrtle Beach area!! Very well maintained and very courteous staff!! Love the security on the property. All in all this was a very good trip at the last moment. Frank was very quick to respond to any of our concerns and we will be back!!!! Thanks for letting us be part of your lives!!!

Excellent place to stay

This place is perfect for a beach vacation. The condo is large and setup well. The condos pool and beach area are never crowded so there's always chairs open at the pool and open spots near the ocean. Would definitely recommend it.
