30th birthday trip!

This trip was a gift to our daughter and son-in-law who both turn 30 this year. It was the perfect location for our family. With a 2 year old and 2 month old we were so grateful for the amazing proximity to the beach. Such a rare find on 30-A! We saw so many families being shuttled to the beach on loaded down golf carts and were so thankful we didn’t have to worry about that on this trip!

Dream Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't recommend this house enough. The location is perfect - private street tucked between The Big Chill and Seacrest/Rosemary. Home has enough space for my family of 4 and 2 sets of grandparents. The beach is only a few steps away and very quiet (even in the height of summer where other beaches are packed) The deck is enormous, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials, beds are very comfortable. Royal Destinations were extremely prompt replying to any questions we had. We will definitely be returning.

The rental was so comfortable and cute with its coastal decor. We took our son, his wife and two grandsons. Had plenty of room and could have comfortably had 2 more couples with us. The Royal Destination team was available the entire weekend to answer any needs we had. I would also recommend renting a golf cart. Would absolutely stay here again! Our trip went by way too fast

Keep this secret!

Reviewer Comments: We would almost like to stay silent on this as I want to be able to book again. The stay was fantastic. Aside from perfect weather, a perfect quiet spot on the beach, and gorgeous water...this home is so comfortable and nicely renovated. We love old school one level beach homes better than the oversized 4 story homes now lining the beaches and this one is just a gem! It could have slept many more than were in our party and all bathrooms and the kitchen are thoughtfully decorated and updated. But the view and privacy!! Dolphins everyday, all day! Already looking to book September!

Great location with unobstructed views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great cozy house with a great location and plenty of space packed into one level. We especially loved the views from the back that were unobstructed by railing so it felt like you had your own private piece of beach. We brought our own chairs and umbrella but there was plenty of them available at the house to use. This was not advertised so it may have been left by other guests. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and there were plenty of towels. Bikes were provided and in good condition. There is plenty of parking and yard space. Now for the things that kept this stay from being 100% perfect: there was a lot of construction noise and dust from laying tile next door. It didn’t bother us (2 adults) much since we were in and out, however, may be an issue for families with small children that need to nap during the day. There is tons of construction on 30A right now so it’s almost inevitable it will be somewhere nearby. The bathroom windows really need privacy film or shutters. I think there was shrubs there blocking them at one time but they have been removed due to the construction next door. The front door was hard to open and required a little finessing to get it to lock properly. There are 2 entrances. The trash compactor/trash can was bent and hard to pull out and eventually got stuck with trash in it so it probably needs replacing. Water pressure was terrible but this had been pretty standard in any rental I’ve had on 30A. There was a nice updated washer and dryer but I was unable to use due to a rusted drain pipe. The property management company communicated this beforehand and offered free laundry service which I scheduled but they never picked up. Not a huge deal because I didn’t need to wash anything but may be a deal breaker for a family staying there longer. The property management team was very responsive to any issues we had. Overall it was a fantastic place and we enjoyed our time there.
