Welcome to Sand N Sea! Island ambiance awaits you at this beautifully decorated three-bedroom, two-bathroom and one-half bath, pool home. Landscaped gardens with palms and tropical plants, let you know at first sight that you are indeed on vacation! After a hard day at the beach relax in the private pool and enjoy a cocktail on one of the many outdoor seating areas. Pamper yourself with the finest amenities in this fresh and elegant dream island home.
Overstuffed furniture, warm hardwood floors, and a sunny color palette make the interior of the home just as inviting as the exterior. A culinary delight, the kitchen, equipped with top stainless-steel appliances, awaits your catch of the day! Feed the entire family in the dining area or serve buffet style on the back patio. Did we mention how morning coffee always tastes better on one of the many balconies!

There is a full game room on the ground floor which opens out to the 22 ft length by12 ft widest width by 9 ft narrow width pool. The games room has a ping pong and large screen TV. There is also plenty of seating in this hang out room. A full-size washer and dryer to accommodate all your beach clean-up needs! The location of this beach beauty is literally a short walk to the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy everything Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach has to offer. From the award-winning restaurants, boutique shopping for one-of-a-kind souvenirs, Publix Grocery Store, Walgreens, and an array of island adventures, the free island trolley can take you there in style!
The pool heat is $150.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86 F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.
There are three parking spots in the driveway reserved for guests of Sand N Sea.
This property welcomes weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire for any other dates.
