Carriage Green is a carriage house set in the beautiful Village of Warwick NY. Located in walking distance (less than 5 minutes walk) to downtown Warwick's restaurants and shops. Fully restored in 1993, it has hard wood floors and an open floor plan that allows for cooking meals while sitting around the cozy gas fireplace in the living room. For warmer months, the french door slider off the living room offers a private patio where long summer evenings can be enjoyed. The gazebo attached to the patio has an oversized bed swing for reading and rocking yourself to sleep while the birds sing and play around you. The house has a fully stocked kitchen along with toilet paper and paper towels shampoo and conditioner and hairdryer. Retreat upstairs to two lovely bedrooms, one queen one king with a bathroom which has a shower no bathtub. one bathroom upstairs. there is a powder room downstairs off the kitchen. The stairs to go up to bedrooms are steep due to the fact that this house is from 1890. There is a blow up mattress available as well for xtra guests. Warwick is located in the Hudson Valley and hosts wonderful wineries and farm markets. Enjoy Wawayanda State Park with its thousands of hiking trails and lakes for swimming and boating, Park your car in the driveway and tuck into Carriage Green for a wonderful experience.
