This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. Our large family enjoyed the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. The host made check in easy and was readily available if needed. The location in Goshen was convenient to stores and restaurants as well as entertainment places like Legoland. All in all a great place to stay.

A Truly Wonderful Experience

Our stay was amazing. It is fully stocked with everything you need. The place was large enough to accommodate us and it was beautiful. I wish were were able to stay longer. The place was private enough for us to enjoy nature and relax, and also close to shops for anything you may need.

Excellent House

We had a great time with our extended family at this beautiful house. The tennis court and swimming pool were great additions to our stay and vacation. Some minor issues arose, but the owner was incredibly responsive and moved to fix any issues quickly and successfully. Would stay again!

This chateau is a really nice place to stay!!

This house is so big and beautiful we called it our chateau for the weekend. 6 families, 12 adults and 12 kids under the age of 8 stayed here for a long weekend. The place was perfect. It fit all of us comfortably. The pool and tennis court were a huge hit. The house was clean and set up perfect for families. Would 100 percent go back!

Great house

The house was great for large groups. Lots of bedrooms and gathering spaces. The century+ place has been upgraded nicely, yet keeping its original charm. All of the small problems were quickly addressed by JT and communication was great. Will definitely consider booking again.

This home was the perfect place not only to host all of our friends and family, but to have our small wedding ceremony. We had the most lovely time here, with the home creating the picturesque backdrop for the dreamy wedding. It was a quiet area and the land that this home sits on was beautiful and scenic. I would love to come back here for a summer getaway to utilize all that this home has to offer like a pool and tennis court. Overall, would completely recommend this home for all occasions.

This was the perfect getaway destination. We were a large group of adults, teenagers, and children. The house is fully equipped with everything you’d need to have a memorable family getaway together. Our family of 20 had an amazing time- the house is beautiful and very roomy with enough space to gather for games, etc. The 3rd floor playroom was awesome for our 6 and 7 year old grand kids! The kitchen is fully stocked with enough cooking equipment and utensils - making our cooking and eating for this # of people successful! The pool is beautiful with lounge chairs and tables and we even got in a couple of tennis and pickle ball games!

AMAZING

this house was AMAZING and met every one of our needs and exceeded our expectations. we had 3 children and 19 adults and every person was comfortable. the kids area was perfect and we barely saw them. we already started talking about what we can do next to to have an excuse to stay in the houee again.

Wonderful home for large family retreat

My family of 14 has been renting homes to gather for the holidays for many years and this one was one of the best. The bedrooms and gathering rooms were spacious and inviting, the dining table accommodated all of us (including two high chairs) and the third floor playroom was wonderful for my two year old granddaughter. It was December but we were able to try out the pickleball court, and there were lovely places to walk as a group a short car ride away. Worked so well for us.

Family reunion

Our stay was amazing! The house has preserved history and all modern amenities, including a well appointed kitchen. Plenty of safe places for children to play and for adults to hang out. Bedrooms were updated, clean, comfortable for all of us. The outdoor space was beautiful with grassy lawns, a hammock, spectacular outdoor heated pool, tennis/pickleball court. Communication, check-in was easy. Ideal for large gatherings. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us!

This villa has everything that you would need for a family/friends get together. My partner and I booked this villa for our wedding party our wedding venue was just 2 miles away. There are two other houses on the lot and our friend’s family were able to book one to be extra close to us. The rooms were clean, spacious and everyone had their own room and privacy. We had a total of 4 kids and they were in wonderland on the third floor where the play room is located. Check-in and out was seamless and JT provided detailed instructions during our stay and was very responsive with any inquiries. To anyone that is tying the knot around the area or visiting Orange County, I highly recommend booking this villa. We did our get ready photos and first look here and it was absolutely stunning.

Fun location for a family reunion

I reserved the house for a family reunion of about 20 people and had a great time. What I really liked about coming here:1. The house - It was spacious and elegant, had multiple living rooms, and had many bathrooms. This was perfect for our large group.2. The grounds - Although we did not use the tennis or pickleball courts because of the weather, we could see how nice it is to have right next to the house. Folks from our group went walking and running on the roads around the house and those roads were quiet and scenic. 3. The location - We catered meals from local restaurants and the logistics were a cinch. The house was also easy to get to from the NYC area We will definitely come back again.

What a wonderful, charming house! It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with a big group. We honestly wished we could stay for the whole summer.The pool was delightful, the tennis court provided plenty of fun for our group, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing some fantastic meals together.The only minor issue was that the hot tub didn't seem as clean as it could have been. Fortunately, the weather was so warm that we didn't end up using it anyway, so it didn't impact our stay.Overall, we had a fantastic weekend and would happily return.

What a beautiful property! We went on a large group trip and everyone had an amazing time. Clean rooms and bathrooms, and the house smelled clean when we got there. The kitchen equipment was amazing, well stocked and we were able to cook meals for 23 people with no problem. Host was very responsive from booking to checkout. We have no complaints and had the best weekend!
