Come to Oroville and stay at the Robbins Nest, your home away from home.
Beautiful three bedroom , two bath home on the river. There is also an extra bed in the loft. Fishing poles and 2 kayaks are available for your use. We also have space for an RV with full rv hookup & dump. You will be able to launch your boat at the state park and our home is right around the corner. The dock is 16' 2" long and we have bumpers on the dock for boats.
This is our second stay at the Robins Nest, and we enjoyed ourselves again. Itâs a perfect fit for our family of five. Everything from the location to the size and the outdoor space is spot on. We will return next year!
Our stay at this home on the river was beyond all our expectations. We have stayed at 7 other short time rentals in the area and none can compare. And our host Becky had done everything possible to make our visit there so fantastic. We are looking forward to returning for a second time which we have already booked for July.
Robbins Nest was the perfect place for an Oroville/BC Okanagan experience. Located on the river on the edge of town, we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go quickly and easily - whether it was the store, the home of our son, or the wineries of BC just across the border. The outdoor deck overlooking the river just couldn't have been more perfect anytime of the day from mornings with our coffee watching the wildlife on the water or evenings watching the light fade - it was the ideal setting for relaxing. The house is completely as advertised and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Becky makes you feel welcome from the first email, to the welcoming note to the last "Thank You for staying". The internet was strong and supported four, "over-connected" adults with multiple devices. With multiple sitting and eating places, Robbins Nest can accommodate a much larger group than ours and has games and puzzles galore to keep all ages occupied. We are glad we chose this house for our visit and are already planning our return. You won't go wrong by making Robbins Nest your choice for an Oroville/BC Okanagan experience.
Wonderful to relax and have family stay! If youâre looking for a place to get away thatâs roomy, comfortable, and have family or friends stay this is the place! Becky has it well stocked for anything you might need. Definitely will come back!
This beautiful home was perfect for a family vacation. All the amenities and accommodations far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for small or large families.
The Robbins Nest was hands down, the best experience. From working with the host, to having a home away from home that had everything that you could want in recharged spirits. I would recommend this place and stay again and again for years to come.
One of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed. The attention to detail that Becky goes to is unmatched. From waters in the fridge to special food gifts. We will definitely be back.
This home has all you need. It is equipped for all ages and 4 leggers. Our dogs had a blast and wished they could stay forever. The host, Becky, left goodies for both dogs and humans to feel at home. This home feels as if you are in your own little world yet right close to town accommodations. Good family times and fishing right off private dock. We will be back, Thank you Becky!
The property was beautiful! Our hosts were attentive and generous. I enjoyed seeing my family so happy with the clean, comfortable setting we had available to us. I will definitely be back again!
Beautiful location right on the river. As described, such a nice get away yet very close to town. The kayaks were super fun and you can launch from your very own dock. Just an amazing land wonderful home and location. Thanks for sharing your home!
Becky is an amazing host!! She contacted us a week out to see if we need things at our for two little ones. She also left a few treats as a welcome gift. She also was available by text if there was anything we needed!! Will for sure be going back.
you will get in love with this place. The house, the lake, the host and all over. I went to this house for 4th of July as guess and loved it. Then i returned with my family for a week and planning on still coming in a near future. Also the host is super nice and very communicative. I really like this place
Really exceptional place on the river. Like a home away from home. Comfortable for 7 of us. 3 adults and 4 teens. Clean and quiet.
Loved the dock for fishing, river for paddling and close to grocery stores etc. Highly recommend.
Hospitality plus.
This is a gorgeous property. Out of a magazine of greatest places to visit. Absolutely everything was stunning and perfect. Down to the smallest detail this host has you covered. Will not give details as I want you to be as delighted and surprised as my adopted family and I were! Best money Iâve spent! That dogs were welcome was obvious in and outside. Weâre so fortunate to have an animal lover as a VBRO host. Everywhere you look, NO PETS. That makes planning a vacay incredibly difficult since we wanted all of our family together. Pancho, a chihuahua, and Rex, a shepherd, loved it there as much as we did. Usually they want to be in our arms. At Robbinâs Nest they entertained themselves, loved their beds provided, the treats, their own dishes. They loved up on the air conditioning off and on. Every thing you need is at Robbins Nest, and things you thought you didnât were provided. Treat yourself. So happy we did.
Becky is a wonderful host! Everything from the location, the size, access to the water, and the little touches from the host, this stay was perfect. Our three boys (14, 11, 7) loved the loft, yard games, and fishing off the dock. We launched our paddle boards and kayaks right off the dock. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved being able to grill on the back deck and enjoy the view. We will rent with VRBO again.
There were 9 of us and we were comfortable with plenty of space. The house is well stocked and clean. The owners are super flexible and communicative. We had a wonderful stay and plan on returning. The view and location can not be beat!
My husband and I moved to Oroville in 1990 from Seattle. Although we moved over to open a bakery for other people, we eventually opened our own restaurant, Hometown Pizza in 1992. We bought this house for my parents who moved over from Seattle and helped us tremendously along the way. Hometown Pizza is still open and we sold it in 2021 and retired.
My Mom and Dad loved this house. They loved having their friends and family over and entertaining. We hope that all that enter this house will enjoy it as much as my parents did. There is something so peaceful about sitting and watching the water. There is so much wildlife on the water it will definitely keep you entertained.
