Very responsive to questions and any issues. Very comfortable bedding and couches. Good functional kitchen. Excellent location. easy access to gondola and shops. End tables in living area beginning to get a little worn and could use replacing.

Our best family ski vacation ever!

Loved the condo and the property! Very close to the slopes, shopping, and restaurants. Very close to the parking garage, pool, hot tub, and Ice skating. We will definitely be back soon.

The counter tops were dirty. The bedding had hair all over it, the shower curtain was brown on the bottom, the arm rest on the couch was shiny from being so worn and the beds were old and not comfortable. We got a refund. We had to go into Dillion and get cleaning supplies

Thank you for your review. We need to correct several inaccurate claims. The unit was fully cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival, and we have time-stamped photographic evidence confirming its condition at check-in. The issues described do not reflect the actual state of the property. Prior to your stay, you contacted us multiple times requesting to move units outside of the cancellation window. As outlined in the rental agreement, this request was declined. Upon arrival, concerns were immediately raised, and a full refund was issued, after which you chose to check out without staying. Given the sequence of events, this appears to have been an attempt to circumvent the agreed-upon cancellation policy. Additionally, since you did not remain in the unit, the statements regarding cleanliness, condition, and comfort are not credible representations of the property or guest experience. We stand by both the condition of the unit and the resolution provided.

The Condo was nice just needs some loving in areas. Dishwasher door was loose. Kitchen faucet dripped all the time.The master BR exhaust fan didn't work appeared electrical issue.Location, view was great Just thought you should be informed.

As a result, we did not dispatch maintenance at that time. Good Condo

This condo was clean, roomy and well located. Would stay here again if going back to Keystone. Easy short walking distance to River Run Village and the River Run Gondola to start and end your ski day. Nice area to get a bite to eat and people watch.

Stay it was great. It was a great location for the area and the things we wanted to do. My only thing that they could improve on is our rooms were very stuffy even with the air on.

Stay was good. Clean condo in a convenient location with good amenities at a reasonable price. I never received my check in instructions prior to my visit. I messages the host prior to check in about instructions and got no reply. I called the host line 20 minutes after our original check in time and they sent me over check in instructions upon request. Would have appreciated my instructions on time and ahead of my stay and/or a message response back in a timely manner.
