House was great. It is very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and furniture. Location is close to so many places to walk or drive to. Each morning we went for a walk/run into town and to the university. Communication with Peggy was perfect. She also has a list of everything you need when you arrive (restaurants, things to do, markets and grocery stores). Great house.

Lovely and Comfortable Home!

The property is fantastic inside and out. It has quality finishes and everything you need for a comfortable stay. While we felt plenty safe, there is only street parking and you have to expect there to be homeless people wandering the neighborhood.

This is a very tastefully renovated property with attention to detail both inside and out. Ample room for our family and a well done yard. One of the better properties I have rented worldwide. The Owner was easy to reach and most accommodating.

Wonderful Cottage

This cottage is absolutely beautiful! Cannot express how much we enjoyed its quaint, cozy feel. Really appreciated all the small details to make our stay comfortable. Would highly, highly recommend this rental without any reservations. This cottage, which is a gem, does not disappoint!

Cozy spot, great location

Fabulous backyard. Comfortable spacious bedrooms. Easy to use kitchen. Had a great time with family, walkable to Hayward Field for the Prefontaine Classic. Everything is new and updated. Love love the covered patio!

Downtown, Roomy, and Modern

House was spotless, large TV, beautifully kept outdoor space, house has been completely remodeled. Bathrooms are beautiful and luxurious. Beds and linens very comfortable. Plenty of room for a large group and the fenced yard would keep the kids safe. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting family in Eugene. The house is beautifully decorated and updated with lots of modern amenities including AC, heated bathroom floors and smart TV. They kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We loved sitting outside in the beautiful backyard and spending time together. It is close to many great restaurants. Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful place in Eugene

Beautifully remodeled home in Eugene Oregon, the original hardwood floors retained and masterfully matched in the remodel. The outdoor space is perfect, covered seating, well planned landscaping. My husband commented that he could live in this home. Bathrooms and kitchen are also gorgeous. The host was helpful and responsive.

A quality place

The home feels newly redone and is a delight. Great taste and good workmanship is evident. Loved the heated bathroom floors and great shower. The back yard is the only down point. Many utility wires, the occasional barking dog nextdoor and a looming apartment building are minor issues. But inside the place is five star throughout. Nicely situated near downtown.

Eugene is a new second home for me, a place I love for its small-town atmosphere, kind people, great food & wine, and access to amazing natural areas. It has been a real pleasure outfitting our house and hosting guests on VRBO.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our house is in a historic neighborhood near downtown Eugene, a short walk to the best cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and music venues, and less than 2 miles from UofO, Matthew Knight Arena, Autzen Stadium, & Hayward Field. We love the walkability of our neighborhood and were drawn to the old houses and giant redwoods on our street.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We completely renovated our 1919 bungalow, staying true to the original Craftsman design but reworking the spaces to suit our family and guests. Our mantra in designing the home was "happy Craftsman." Everything in the house is genuine and selected with love. We took advantage of the large lot and added a big covered outdoor space using a timber structure that was recycled from the previous owner. This outdoor living area has chandeliers and string lights and is furnished for lounging, playing games, and dining. We also added some amazing new landscaping. When it's too chilly to be outside, the beautiful gas fireplace keeps things cozy and warm.
