Cozy Barn Loft: Country Views & Central to Beaches

Relax and recharge as you soak in the country views while enjoying this cozy space. A private entrance leads upstairs to the loft, located above our renovated barn. Enjoy your days at the beach, boating, fishing, birding, and more. Return home to be greeted by goats as you pull in the drive.
Coffee, tea, and farm fresh eggs will be waiting for your arrival.
Centrally located between the beaches of Chincoteague, VA and Ocean City, MD. Beach gear provided as well.

The loft sits surrounded by fields. Soak in the country air and enjoy your cozy retreat.
A fire pit is situated in the center of the flower gardens. Perfect for s’mores or sitting under the stars.

The pool is for homeowners use only. Loft guests are welcome to use the deck space. A comfortable outdoor seating area is provided.
Please remove your shoes as you enter the barn. Space is provided at the base of the steps. This keeps the space extra clean for yourself and others

Such a cozy, immaculate clean and peaceful loft that we were so grateful to find and will be returning often! It’s the small things that are big for us and the fresh eggs left in the refrigerator for us to enjoy was a big added touch to our awesome weekend getaway along with a few other things …we enjoyed everything! Loved feeding the goats and watching the chickens! Thank you so much Sarah & Jensen for providing such a peaceful and beautiful loft! Oh the light on top the loft shines so beautifully at night! Can’t wait to come back to visit again!

Quiet and Relaxing

The barn loft was cozy and quite charming. Location was nice and quiet and very relaxing. Very much enjoyed the goats, turkeys chickens and geese. Loved the experience.

20 minutes from all the hustle and city life. we loved the quit commute to the beaches and local life. Perfect Cute little farm and perfectly subtle and comfortable stay.

Chillin on the farm

Sarah and her family did such a wonderful job with this loft it was beautiful and comfy. Loved how much they had in this place for your stay, they thought of everything! We would book this again and stay longer to meet the animals, family and just to get away from it all. You want a quite, peaceful night sleep with the sound of frogs and crickets this is your place!!!

Delightful

Impeccable property, comfy, decorated like a house on HGTV. Very quiet. Close to the beaches and everything we wanted to do. Was fun meeting the animals. Chandler was our greeter and I was in love. Would stay again but would bring a small fan for the bedroom which stayed somewhat warm despite the living room air conditioner. Such a lovely stay.

Thank you for such a kind review. I’ve considered providing a table top fan for the bedroom, but had held off because the bedroom has a ceiling fan. However, I will be sure to do so now. Perfect one night stay

The loft is so cozy and is decorated perfectly. We were so impressed with all the details like extra toiletries you may have forgotten, bug spray, beach towels, saran wrap, and the beautiful fresh eggs. I loved the bird coloring book with colored pencils, the games, and of course the farm animals (including baby goats!) My son was worried the roosters would wake him, but we heard nothing from inside. Sarah was a wonderful hostess and I would love to stay here again.

Very nice stay in country near Pocomoke City.

My wife and I were here for 3 days. Perfect. We loved being in the country, but just 10 minutes from conveniences. The loft was very well kept and clean. We had zero complaints. The hosts were very accomodating. Chincoteague and Assateague Islands are within easy driving distance. You will not be disappointed if you book this locationdistance

Very pleasantly surprised. Charming brand new fully equipped loft. Tastefully done. Everything you’d need. Clean quiet and comfortable. Basically a one bedroom apartment above the barn. Farm animals all over. Really great place. Super hosts.

Cozy. Adorable & Ultra clean

“The Loft” is the ultra coziest, most adorable and sweetest place I’ve ever stayed. And ultra clean, too! (I frequent many places a year.) The farm animals, fields of corn, sunrises, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable surroundings made this sweet place unforgettable! I will definitely be back!!! My sister and I had a fabulous time enjoying OC, beach, Asseteague and area. What a blessing! Mona

We love the beaches that we are blessed to live near, but enjoy the peace of the country that we can return home to. We truly feel it’s the best of both worlds.
We love the opportunity to get to host guests and have “neighbors” staying in the loft. We look forward to hosting you soon!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our loft is conveniently located just minutes off of the highway, but you have all of the benefits of country living. Guests love take in local attractions and returning to their cozy space. No crowds will be found here, just a few hens and geese passing by.
Visit the local beaches to see wild ponies, then return to your loft and take a snack to the goats.
