It is ready to be your home away from home as it is newly renovated & fully furnished with all new appliances & furniture, including a comfortable, queen size sofa bed, as well as a bar table/workstation. Fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, stovetop/oven, microwave, electric fireplace, & Bluetooth speaker. Daily necessities also included. Very clean, non-smoking unit. On-site shared laundry. One tandem parking spot for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to The Pier, Palace Playland rides, arcades, dining, nightlife, weekly fireworks & all that Downtown Old Orchard Beach has to offer. Located in close proximity to a pay to park public parking lot & grocery stores. Come relax & unwind in this beautiful condo, nestled in a lovely beach town!

The room was cozy and the kitchen was well equipped and there were lots of pillows for comfort. The condo was steps from the beach and the parking was very convenient.

Small yet cozy! This unit was perfect for our couples getaway. We were impressed with the cleanliness and location. Just steps to enjoy a morning stroll on the beach. We look forward to returning in peak season to experience more of the local businesses. The bottle waters in the refrigerator and coffee accommodations were a nice touch!

We had an absolutely perfect weekend here at Emily and Chad's. The space is exactly like the photos, and the location is perfect. Whether you're going for the beach, the pier, or the good food - everything is a close walk. We will 100% be returning.

The condo, although small, has everything you need for a beach stay. The owners have been extremely thoughtful about what they provide, and we had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive to questions and requests. The condo is also very clean. It is just across the street from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shops in Old Orchard Beach.

Clean, cozy little condo so close to the beach! It is in walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and even a cool beer garden! We had a great vacation in OOB here. Emily and Chad were great hosts, super responsive, super accommodating, and had good recommendations. Thank you!

Great location!

Just steps from the beach and not far from the pier! Somewhat loud during the day with the Amtrak and beachgoers, but quieted down overnight. Very clean and well equipped for cooking if you so choose. We would definitely return!

This condo is in such an ideal location, especially for children! A short walk to the Pier/Amusement park and restaurants and directly across the street from the beach! There is even a beach bar right across the street as well with live music. Super cute and clean unit, updated, with all the essentials included. Owners of this unit responded quickly to any questions/concerns. Would definitely highly recommend for couples or parents with small children!

Fourth of July stay

This is our second year in a row staying. Location is great, right by beach access, close to the pier and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Would love to come back.

The condo is very neat and cozy. The location was perfect for walking to the beachfront and exploring Old Orchard Beach. The kitchenette is well equipped and saved us from having to search for breakfast each morning. Emily is a very gracious host. We accidentally left some items in a drawer. Emily worked with us to have a family member in the area pick up the items. The train is definitely close. We made a game of guessing the time each time the train came through. 😀

Perfect for 2

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for 2 people! The condo is right in the thick of things, steps from the beach and just a short walk to the pier. Lots of spots to eat and shop on the street as well. The check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier.
