It is ready to be your home away from home as it is newly renovated & fully furnished with all new appliances & furniture, including a comfortable, queen size sofa bed, as well as a bar table/workstation. Fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, stovetop/oven, microwave, electric fireplace, & Bluetooth speaker. Daily necessities also included. Very clean, non-smoking unit. On-site shared laundry. One tandem parking spot for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to The Pier, Palace Playland rides, arcades, dining, nightlife, weekly fireworks & all that Downtown Old Orchard Beach has to offer. Located in close proximity to a pay to park public parking lot & grocery stores. Come relax & unwind in this beautiful condo, nestled in a lovely beach town!

Great location!

Just steps from the beach and not far from the pier! Somewhat loud during the day with the Amtrak and beachgoers, but quieted down overnight. Very clean and well equipped for cooking if you so choose. We would definitely return!

Fourth of July stay

This is our second year in a row staying. Location is great, right by beach access, close to the pier and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Would love to come back.

Perfect for 2

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for 2 people! The condo is right in the thick of things, steps from the beach and just a short walk to the pier. Lots of spots to eat and shop on the street as well. The check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier.

Overall great experience from the initial booking to check out. The host was up front with size of the condo and easy to communicate with, responding to messages within minutes. It was clean and well kept. Great location with a minimal walk to the beach and short distance from the pier. Would recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Old Orchard Beach getaway

Property was spotless. Emily went above and beyond to make sure there was everything we could possibly need during our stay . Location was amazing , the beach was just a short walk across the street from the condo. Walk to downtown was also very doable. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Old Orchard Beach.

Fabulous Place

Great location! So close to the beach, right across the street. Very clean, a lot of nice touch’s by the owners. Cute coffee station, little creamers, sugars, non sugars. You will definitely enjoy the place and want to go back. I dealt with the owner Emily who was wonderful and extremely responsive. I would go back in a minute! Thank you Emily!!

Wow, what a stay!

Just steps away from the ocean, cozy little cottage with the comforts of home. The quiet, airy bedroom made a rainy day in Maine a great day to recover after some fun in the sun. 20-30 minutes away from Portland made it easy to have the best of both worlds. Hosts were super friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back!

Short Trip to OOB

The place was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and welcoming when you arrive. All check in and out instructions were perfect. The location is amazing. The beach is literally across the street and it’s only a short walk to the pier and all the shops, rides and restaurants. The owner Emily is incredibly nice and helpful to work with. We had no issues our entire stay. We will definitely come back and stay again , hopefully very soon !

Overall a great experience, very clean, everything was very easy to find. The only problem we ran into was the wifi. It worked for the TVs but it did not work for phones. Other than that, everything was really great.

Clean accommodation and wonderful location!

Last minute reservation. Great location and within walking distance to pier and many dining options. Quaint offering that's super clean! We were arriving late,so the host had the sleeper sofa prepared which was a blessing and greatly appreciated! Awesome to have onsite laundry at no additional cost. Host was wonderful to work with.

Great property!

Great condo, super clean! We were really impressed with the detail and care Emily and Chad bring to this property. Condo is as seen in pictures, it did not disappoint. They are quick to reply to any questions we had. It’s great for 2-3 people. Location is perfect, a 2 min walk to the beach. I definitely recommend this location.

We stayed at Emily’s place for a weekend and everything was perfect! The cleanliness was impeccable and the condo was well equiped. THE PILLOWS!! They were more comfortable than mine. It’s close to everything and there is a convenience store next to the condo. Our hosts were available at anytime, even though we didn’t need help because everything was well explained. They made us feel welcomed and we would definitely come back. Thank you again for your hospitality !

Great place, very clean, very well stocked

Small clean updated condo unit. Had everything we needed for the kitchen and making meals. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of storage space for everything we had. Great location across the street from the beautiful beach with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Full grocery store within 5 min drive. The only negative was that it's on a busy corner with a lots of noisy traffic and an amtrack that runs right behind the property. Other than that, it is perfect for 2 people.

Amazing condo in OOB

This is a great little condo that exceeded our expectations. We had never been to Maine and since we booked last minute, we didn't have much time to plan and do our homework. The location of this condo is amazing! Just across the street from the beach access, perfect walking distance to the pier and other activities and restaurants, yet just far enough to be away from all the noise. The condo was very clean and very thoughtfully appointed with many things that most VRBO property owners don't think to provide. Emily was beyond helpful and accommodating during our stay and checked on us several times. I absolutely recommend this condo and we left immediately trying to figure out how soon we can come back and with hopes to stay longer.
