Relax in the pool and hot tub after enjoying theme parks such as Busch Gardens, Disney world, and Universal Studios! LegoLand is 1 mile away! Lego bedroom for kids. Centrally Located in the middle of Florida allows beach trips to both east & west coast. air conditioned garage has been turned into a game room pool table, air hockey and a actual miss pac-man machine with 14 different games installed inside. Also a Magnetic Dart board. Private boat & RV parking with RV outlet thru gate in backyard. Heating pool is optional and available for a small fee.

Great place to get away and relax. Close to shopping and entertainment. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone. The game room set up was awesome for the kids.

Great for families

We had plenty of space inside, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We weren’t at the house much to use the game room but it looked great. We did enjoy the pool/hot tub one night.

Cute, quaint, great area!

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was a great proximity to restaurants and Legoland, which was our main reason for being in the area. The pool was fun and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying at Vince and Amy’s!

Nice, spacious home 10 minutes from Legoland. Spent a few days taking our 6 year old to Legoland for his birthday. The pool was great for the afternoons after being in the Florida heat all day! Perfect spot for a family vacation.

Everything we were hoping for!

The location was very close to Legoland and other parks. The house was very clean and had everything needed to enjoy a vacation in Florida. I did not get to enjoy the game room, but the hot tub was great. The wifi signal was strong and the television programming was also great. I had not one issue with staying at this house and would visit here again.

Peppa Pig Land Birthday Celebration

My family and I came to Winter Haven to celebrate my granddaughter's 3rd birthday and to go to Peppa Pig Land, the home of her favorite TV character, Peppa Pig! Adults and kids alike all had a great time, Amy and Vince are great hosts, and their VRBO home in Winter Haven is everything it is advertised to be and then some! The pool, hot tub, and game room were all hits, the beds were comfy and the amenities were everything you could ask for. Thanks Amy and Vince for a great family vacation and birthday celebration, we hope to be visiting your home and Peppa Pig Land again soon!

Perfect vacation rental for trip to Legoland & Peppa Pig World

Easy check-in and great communication before. We felt like the photos didn't do the property justice. Our 3 year old loved the place and did not want to come home. Pool was just big enough and the in-water steps were great for the kiddo. The neighborhood was quiet but less than 10 minutes from the amusement parks and Walmart / Publix. We made more use of the laundry machines than the game room but we all enjoyed playing a game at some point. The property had plenty of bath and pool towels for a group of 4 and both baths had shampoo and body wash. I was lucky to be the first to use the charcoil grill amd the home had all the utensils needed for multiple family meals.

We spent a week at this property, Let me Just start by saying , the reason why there aren’t any reviews we are The 2nd people to stay here it’s that new On here ..So first of the pictures don’t do This place justice, it is Awesome , private Quite neighborhood , spacious, rooms are nice and large , grand babies loved the Lego room, and the game room has everything you want to play for hours on end , then the back patio and yard , very private , Hot Tub ,And pool all screened in Like you own private spa get away, the Master Bath Walk in shower , to the beautiful kitchen , everything was perfect , Vince and Amy , are really great host and Also great People , this place is located In the very Best location , convenient to Lego land , and many great shopping stores and restaurants , Beautiful lakes , short drive to Orlando or Disney , or if you just want to chill out at a great place it’s the full package , it is a must Stay if you get a chance , A Home away from Home , thanks Amy and Vince 🎁🙏♥️
