Get away to the sugar white sandy coast of Navarre Beach and find peace and quiet on the 10th floor at the Pearl. This gated resort features a luxurious two-bedroom condo that sleeps up to six guests, making it an excellent choice for a couple’s weekend or family getaway.
Take one of the two elevators to the tenth floor where you will instantly feel the comfort of your new home away from home. Soak in the breath-taking view of the emerald colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand of Navarre Beach. Prop your feet up on the balcony, or enjoy the view from the air-conditioned inside. There isn’t a bad place to watch the waves roll in. If you choose to dine in, granite counters and stainless steel appliances make meal prep more enjoyable. If you prefer outdoor cooking, there are BBQ grills on the ground floor for your convenience. Dine inside at the dining room table, or take your meal out to the balcony where you can watch the dolphins as they play just off shore.
After lunch, check out on-site amenities, like the fitness center, pool or hot tub. If you have the energy, head out to see what other exciting things Santa Rosa County has to offer; or just enjoy the beach and pool all day long. Ready to book our next trip!

It was our first time on Navarre Beach but hopefully not our last! The condo is beautiful, immaculate and accommodating. We hope to be back and will choose the condo again. Communication was quick, codes were given without any issues, we have no complaints!

Fun Spring Break

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful condo this last week! The kitchen so well stocked and the condo was perfect! We had a little issue with the shower, but the handyman came right over and fixed it. We loved all the chairs and umbrellas that were available in the closet and loved the furniture on the patio!

Perfect place, perfect week!

This was our 4th trip to Navarre Beach, but the first time to stay at The Pearl. We LOVED it! It was just the four of us..grandma/grandpa time with our two grandchildren! The property was so clean, well maintained, and we felt very safe. The pools were so nice, clean, and not crowded. The beach was absolutely gorgeous as usual! Our unit was so comfortable, decorated so nicely, stocked with everything we needed, and had a beautiful view of the beach and blue water! We highly recommend this unit and this property for a wonderful week in Navarre! We look forward to being there again next year! Thank you so much for everything!!

Everything you need for vacation. Very clean, beautiful decor, view from the 10th floor is amazing. Our second stay here, hopefully can come back soon. Highly recommend!

Amazing as Always!

Our family has stayed in this condo three times and absolutely love it every time! It has everything you need and really makes you feel at home. It had been a few yes since we have visited Navarre Beach and the only downfall is, it now seems a lot more congested with people than previous years.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful week in Navarre this past week. Our condo on the beach @ The Pearl, # 1003 was so nice. It is very well stocked with everything you need while you’re there. It was very clean & the view is amazing. The pools & hot tub was always very clean. Always seen the cleaning crew cleaning and wiping everything down. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks Hannah & Bart for sharing g your condo with our family this past week. ❤️

Beautiful Condo

We could not get over how wonderful the condo was! The location is amazing. The condo itself is so tastefully decorated and was very clean. The only downside is there's not a lot of space to set up a tent on the beach, but we drove to the public beach at the National Seashore and pretty much had the beach to ourselves! Check in was very easy and the owner was extremely easy to contact! We look forward to coming back soon hopefully!

Bad Timing

I want to go back to this condo. March weather was not good to us. But this condo is perfection. Loved the layout-bedrooms on opposite ends. (My husband was pretty ill during our week there). Due to that, we did not get out more than twice. But the condo is lovely-all furnishings were top notch. Patio and ocean view - beautiful.

A piece of paradise

This condo is better than described I felt at home and comfortable. The owners are wonderful answered any questions immediately. The VIEW from the condo is AWESOME. I was looking for peace and tranquillity and found it. The island of Navarre beach is not your typical beach shops, boardwalks etc. It is now my favorite place to relax. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Relaxing stay!

My wife and I loved spending 4 weeks at this condo in February. Everything we needed to feel like home while relaxing on the deck, hiking the area, checking out the local restaurants, and getting away from Winter! Owner was very helpful & we would definitely return someday.
