Welcome to Heaven! Summerwind East 1201 is a fully-renovated and completely updated in 2024 luxury condo with a stunning unobstructed wraparound view. FREE BEACH SERVICE (4 Chairs / 2 Umbrellas!) and reserved covered PRIVATE PARKING SPOT are included.

From the moment you walk in you will be amazed by the breathtaking views of emerald coast and a beautiful coastal farmhouse design, which is comprised of a multitude of lavish features:

- Brand new furniture everywhere
- Ample sleeping space provided by 2 king and 4 twin (double bunk) beds. COMFORTABLY SLEEPS 8
- Top of the line brand new comfortable mattresses including BeautyRest Harmony Lux 15" Plush Pillow Top and Cocoon by Sealy Memory Foam 10" mattresses
- ALL 3 bathrooms are renovated featuring a unique oversized double shower, sliding-door walk-in shower, and a modern deep tub. All tiled-in floor to ceiling.

Summerwind is located right on the beach, next to Navarre fishing Pier and access road to mainland. It is a walking distance to several restaurants. This area is secluded, quiet, family-friendly and just majestic - the white sandy beaches, the clear emerald gulf waters and views views views!

Resort AMENITIES include three (3) pools, one of which is heated, three (3) hot tubs, a well equipped workout facility, and outdoor grills. Summerwind Inn is a premium resort with high-speed elevators, luggage carts, and a covered entrance.

Unit is equipped with outdoor Ring Camera. Summerwind is a non smoking resort. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. No smoking in unit or on balconies. No pets allowed.

Navarre Beach is a family-friendly destination with amazing sugar soft white sand. It was voted one of the Top 10 beaches in North America. Recently voted the number one uncrowded beach in Florida!

Great time

This was our second time in this unit and it’s great. Location, views, setup, etc are all wonderful. Only thing we noticed upon checking in was that the door handle to the balcony was broken and that’s super minor considering all the pros offered.

Stunning view

William was very responsive to our questions. The condo was so beautiful!!! Shower was amazing and very spacious. We loved the wrap around balcony the most. We watched the sun rise one morning and saw dolphins. We loved this place so much and hope to be back soon. Thank you so much !!!

The Heavenly View Condo was the Perfect place to stay! Everything in the description was correct but to actually see it was the best! I will definitely stay there the next time we come back to see family and our time at the beach.

Beautiful property in perfect location

We loved our stay. Easy access to the beach and walkable to restaurants. We could hear the live music from the pier next door in the evenings as we sat and relaxed on the balcony.

Absolutely Excellent

My fiancé and I along with my family booked this condo for our wedding on the beach/vacation. I was absolutely excited as soon as I walked in this condo and saw the view with the wrap around windows and balcony. The weather didn’t cooperate as we’d hope but the view was still so energizing and relaxing! The 4 beach chairs with umbrellas that were included with the rental saved us from pulling the wagon with alll the chairs so no work involved and that was the best for the beach time that we did get in… effortless! The host was amazing with communicating…very quick to respond to any questions and that is often hard to find. We did not lack for anything while there and the two master bedrooms was definitely a plus with traveling with my mother and allowing her own space with bathroom. My girls enjoyed the bunk room and my fiancé and I truly enjoyed the main master with ocean view. When back in Navarre, we will definitely come back to this condo. Walking distance to restaurants. The condo was gorgeous! Clean open and beautifully decorated. Check in and check out was so smooth. The view was breathtaking and we had the best time. William is a wonderful host. Great communication! We are planning our next stay.

Wonderful place!

This condo was one of the nicest places we have stayed! Everything was very clean and comfortable. I will be booking again next summer! The shower was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans you need. The view was amazing!

Overall we were pleased with our stay!! Nicely decorated, spacious house that is conveniently across the street from the beach access!!. The house had everything we needed from beach chairs to all the kitchen appliances. The communication with the property manager/FunVacay was super easy and they were very responsive. Our only challenge was the temperature of the house was very inconsistent! While each floor had a thermostat, the majority of the time, the main floor stayed freezing! We could never figure out how to keep it regulated as we kept it above 70, but it would read 67-68 degrees.Our only suggestion is with the amount of people this house sleeps, more towels, toilet paper and Trash bags would have been nice. We understand that there are “starters” of these, but a few more would’ve been nice. Otherwise, we have already shared this house with our friends to consider their future stay in Destin!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was absolutely stunning! Beautiful decor, furniture, and view. It rained for the majority of our stay but we were able to stay on the balcony and enjoy the view. We even saw dolphins from our balcony! I would highly recommend staying here. We have already talked about coming back

Amazing!

I’ve stayed at Summer Wind several times and this condo was by far the nicest one we’ve ever stayed in! The wrap around view was incredible and the house was immaculate. Every thing about it was perfect. Comfortable beds, nice showers and easy parking. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful

We loved the view first and foremost! Just as listed, and lots of seating to enjoy the view in the balcony. Loved that this also included 2 chair and an umbrella beach service, very convenient and we used it. I also loved how they had beach chairs, lots of beach toys, and even life jackets for the kiddos in the closet for use. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back again one day.

Home Away From Home

This stay was by far Our best and most comfortable over the last 7 years of vacationing in Navarre. Views were great, unit was clean, Showers are "The Best" !!! Not to mention the Owners were very responsive to our 2 inquiries. We are looking forward to booking this unit again in the near future. A "Must Stay" in Navarre...you cant go wrong!
