Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

No details were missed in this amazing 3-bedroom Palmetto Dunes home. Amazing golf course views greet you as soon as you walk in the door. The large living room's main sitting area has a sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and a desk.

Heading further through this home, you are met with a large dining table that seats eight and an open kitchen with quartz countertops and brand new top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, making preparing meals an effortless experience.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and access to the back deck. The second bedroom has a king bed and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity connecting to the third bedroom, which has two full beds.

As a bonus, this lovely home features a screened-in porch, perfect for enjoying the golf views. The screened porch has access to a large back deck that leads to the George Fazio golf course.

We come to Hilton Head fairly often and I can say that that this house was the nicest place we've ever stayed and the people we dealt with were also the nicest. If I could give the whole stay 6 stars I would.

Great family property close to the beach

Spacious home, new interior, close to the beach, dog friendly. We loved the views, and the bonus room made a great playroom for the kids and dog.

Lovely Palmetto Dunes Stay

Everything was wonderful. The property is located in a great part of Palmetto Dunes that is convenient to the beach, general store and all bike paths. The home was impeccably decorated and very comfortable.

Very hot and AC went out. Mgmt was very responsive and was fixed within a day and a half compensated is with an extra day.

We’ve stayed in Palmetto Dunes many times this is such a great location it’s a nice short walk to the beach and nice quiet neighborhood. We have two small dogs and it’s so difficult to find nice clean properties that accept pets. We are so grateful to have found this property. We already booked it for next October. Island time is great to work with.

Perfect HHI family vacation house

Updated kitchen was well equipped, updated bathrooms were nice, and plenty of seating and storage space. Tons of natural light and beautiful views off hole 1 of the golf course. It was an easy drive to anywhere on the island we wanted to go, and an easy walk to the beach (probably 7 minutes) for our whole group, which made this our favorite HHI house yet. Appreciated having washer/dryer and vacuum during our stay. If you have littles, be sure to pack a step stool to reach sinks and books/toys. We hope to return every year!

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful property with an updated interior. Close proximity to everything in Palmetto Dunes. Highly recommend. Only negative was lack of a timely response from management company when we had ann emergency after hours. It is very frustrating to get voicemail after voicemail and directed to different phone numbers. What is the point of having an emergency number if no one answers or responds? They did, however, follow-up the next morning and apologized for the lack of response, which we greatly appreciated. Would definitely rent this property again!
