Downtown Provo "Crashpad". Perfect for that quick business trip or whenever you simply want to get away. Located at the top of an old restored church, this studio apartment is a great spot when you don't want to hassle with the inconveniences of a hotel but you're not wanting to cook either. As a studio apartment, there is a small fridge and a microwave and Keurig Coffee machine. Beyond that, just the comfort of the queen bed, the 50" smart TV and the serenity of being in a restored church

The church-turned-apartments were very cool. The place is small but has everything you need. The bed was a little too firm for my preference; otherwise, everything was perfect!

Great Crash Pad

Perfect place to crash while visiting kids for a few days. Location is perfect, and room had everything I needed for a cozy stay. Communication was great! Would stay here again.

Great place for a short visit

Great little place to stay for a few days. The location is wonderful, close to lots of places to eat and a short walk to campus. Check in was easy and communication with owner was great. I do wish there had been at least one Keurig pod for the first day to get me going, but other than that, great little place!

I had an amazing night and this little loft. The town was delightful and very convenient by foot. Several amenities within walking distance. I would definitely repeat my stay!

Great Room in a Beautiful Building

Just a great space! Very clean. Has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Easy check-in process. Very secure location. Next time I’m in Utah Valley, I will be looking to stay here again!!

This place was the perfect “crash pad”! It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located in Provo. Check in process was easy! Great communication from the hosts. Will definitely stay here again!

Precious Place

Such a cute studio! Great amenities, although bring your Keurig or instant coffee with you. Clean, host was wonderful, perfect stay for an overnight trip. Grocery store, restaurants right across the street, and felt very safe in that neighborhood with young people in the building renting out their apartments were really sweet and friendly.

Perfect Provo location!

This property is perfectly located, minutes away from any and all Provo destinations. Check-in was seamless. When a minor cleaning issue arose, property manager was prompt in his response. It should be noted that it is located on the third floor. Not a problem for us, but would be for someone with difficulty navigating stairs. Ideal space when visiting local family/friends. Will definitely book again!

This was perfect for a short stay for me. It's small but no smaller than a hotel room and in wonderful condition. It's in walking distance of the conference center and so many wonderful restraunts.

Great location. Unique property.

This property is located right downtown Provo with access to all services. The property is clean, comfortable and the owner operator is a great communicator. This is our second time staying at this property and we would be back when we are through Provo again.

Quiet, convenient, and secure

The crash pad is located in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, hospitals, convention centers, and a grocery store. The room was quite and I felt very safe. The property manager was extremely responsive.

small but suficient

The hosts respond quickly. They are very professional. The location is great. Right across the street is a major grocery store. Two minutes south is downtown provo where there are restaurants, the temple, and stores/entertainment. Five minutes from BYU campus. Ten minutes from UVU campus. Ten minutes from a major mall. Plenty of free parking. The internet is good enough. The shower water hot. Enough space for one/two guests. There is enough room for luggage. There are more than enough provided amenities. Your belongings will be safe when left in the studio. The noise level from neighbors is a lot (subjective). The floors creak. The walls thin. Any movement from you or neighbors will be heard. I felt bad for the neighbors.

Perfect Studio for Us

We made a quick trip to Provo UT for our granddaughter’s graduation from BYU. This place was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed: microwave, small refrigerato, cups for hot chocolate, TV, shower, hair dryer,etc. it was cold while we were there but it was warm in the studio. There are other apartments around you so we always felt safe. It was very quiet also. It was perfect for the two of us. It is up three flights of stairs and you might need help getting luggage up there if you are older.
