Fantastic Villa Magna is part of the Dreams-Nuevo Vallarta complex in Nuevo Vallarta. It has some of the best beaches, that go for miles, and incredible views!



This is a very popular condo - a 3-bedroom, 6th floor, ocean-view unit with the 'Dreams hotel' on property. (We rent 5 other condos this size also). The completely renovated kitchen has a full self-cleaning convection oven and microwave. Renovated bathrooms feature new cabinets, granite, tile, toilets, sinks, and showers.



Decor is tasteful and modern. Villa Magna has 24 hour security, an English speaking manager, and a private beach. The unit has its own reserved parking spot.

Great wireless internet available in the unit. EZZI Cable TV in living room (49 inch curved Samsung Smart TV) and master bedroom (Roku Smart TV) with Netflix and other streaming options too!



Our patio furniture is great for dining and watching sunsets. Grill out with the Weber propane bbq or relax in the deck lounger. Deck floor is recently tiled and acts like another outdoor room, slide open the doors from the living room or master bedroom and enjoy the ocean breezes.



Once you’ve taken in the condo features, enjoy our 4 swimming pools - beautiful and great for floating or swimming. The infinity pool looks as if it rolls right into the ocean! The resort features a private beach, beach chairs, and palapas.



Step out onto the most beautiful beach in the Bay of Banderas - a flat beach for walking, over two and a half miles long. You can walk all the way to Bucerias/La Cruz. Perfect for swimming and boogie boarding. We have plenty of boogie boards and skim boards for your use! The unit features two large closets with all the supplies you may need for your day at the beach or pool, including sand toys, inflatable tubes, boogie boards, and a drink cooler, just to name a few.



The condo patrons at Villa Magna have access to the seaside Snack Bar, independent of the all-inclusive. The Snack Bar has delicious, authentic, Mexican fare, American standards, and delicious frozen cocktails or smoothies for the kids.



Many people ask us: Can you use Dreams??

Yes - you can enjoy the condo while also enjoying the features of the Dreams complex - you can purchase All-inclusive, per-person packages for one night, one week, or as long as you want. Dreams resort features 5 restaurants, gym, and spa (extra cost).



Paradise Village Plaza is a ten minute walk from the condo. Paradise Village has a grocery store, liquor store, banks, restaurants, shopping, 24-hours medical care. You can also take a 10-15 minute walk along the beach to Paradise Village hotel.

We have a local property manager, who will be your ocntact during your stay should youneed anything. His name and contact information will be given prior to check in



Absolutely NO bookings are allowed for more than 6 - this is Villa Magna rules for condos this size (not just ours) Security will deny entrance - We accept no responsibility if renters exceed the numbers.
