Great Accommodations/Resort

The condo was very comfortable and well stocked with kitchenware, glasses, etc. for our family. Communication with owner and property manager was excellent. The pools and the restaurant were also great. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your place!

Beautiful & relaxing

Immaculate half of a very comfortable 2-story duplex with a gorgeous bay view & private plunge pool that was the highlight of our whole trip. The House Book was really helpful but the visit would’ve been fun sooner if it noted that the funiculars down to the beach weren’t currently working & where the elevators are - easy to add to the property map. If you’re not in shape, the stairs to go back up the hill are daunting. The beachside restaurant, Masala, is excellent (OMG) and including their current menu & off season hours also would’ve been helpful to add to the book. If the parent company had illuminated the name of the property on the main road, for those arriving by car in the dark, we wouldn’t have missed the turn resulting in an unpleasant adventure trying to turn around. Those few negatives didn’t mar the overall pleasure of staying in this house - the patio was lovely, furniture comfortable, kitchen very functional, the excellent & warm & wonderfully responsive house managers and finally spending hours every day lounging in our personal pool all made for an excellent stay.

Terrific property! Well maintained, beautiful views, and gorgeous scenery. Property management was excellent and were very attentive to our needs. Will definitely come back again!

Beautiful Property - Amazing Experience

We just completed a stay at this beautiful property. The landscaping and views are beautiful. The villa was impeccable, well stocked with beach towels and linens and overall just a great space. There is one bedroom on main floor with bathroom right next to it. Then downstairs are two masters with ensuite bathrooms. Very spacious. We loved the plunge pool and close proximity to the other larger pools on the property as well. If you are looking for a peaceful get away with both beach and pool access - this property cannot be beat. The owners and property manager are very responsive and super nice. A few recommendations: rent a car, check times of the on-site restaurant, they only take cash. Check in and out was super easy. We would rent again.

Incredible stay

We had an incredible stay at this property. The house itself is exactly as described and even better than we expected. The view is spectacular, and the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a meal outdoors or to just relax. We traveled with two small kids, and the plunge pool was a wonderful option when we didn't want to go to the pool. The property is gorgeous and spacious. There are 8 pools that are available! One of which is a few steps out the front door. The restaurant on the property has amazing food and service- some of the best meals we had out of our entire stay! They also deliver, if you don't want to go down to the pool. Although it is a 30 minute drive from Puerto Vallarta, we thought the location was perfect- you can be in Bucerias or Cruz in under 10 minutes and both have a lot of great options for restaurants and very nice central plazas . The one in Cruz has a great artesanal market every Sunday. Our host Tito was really responsive and friendly, and Sally the property manager is THE BEST. She picked us up from the airport, arranged for grocery delivery and was just wonderful all around. Could not recommend this place more. We are looking forward to returning!
